No i didnt but there isnt that much to it....I would change a few things on the next one i build but all and all it wasnt that bad. Im supposed to put one together for someone so it should be better than this one. Thank for the post Nash.

The slats are 13.5 inches wide and the length is 60 inches...the belt all together was 13 feet long before put on the mill and has 83 slats

does the lenth of the belt (+/- 1 ft or 2 ft) affect the way the belt rolls?

Well anytime u add weight you add friction which can cause it to slow down alittle

I thought that with the momentum of the belt that it would take alittle more to get it up to speed but once there it will spin alittle easier so i built a longer belt. I noticed that when the bitch was on it for the first time last night that when she went to stop she had to slow it down slowly so i guess it worked. Believe it or not but if you take 6 inches out of the belt it will not fit on the mill....looks long ass hell but just over 6 inches from the top of the mill.

Could you post up a small clip of the dog/mill in action if you get the time?

  18. GI Joe

    GI Joe Big Dog

He probably put a space in between so the dogs paws didn't get pinched.

Thats why i did that GI Joe...its hard to work a bulldog with a lame foot or a couple cracked nails....pinched pads...shit like that...the slats are 1/2 inch apart. Ill post a video of a dog on it when i get the sides finished... waiting on the material.
