As for the OPs question yes marijuana should be legal, and no holland is not safe because their populous is stoned. Holland has a crime problem because of their immigration policy.

 

yes , the bill is not perfect . but none of the stuff is perfect . it's better than losing goverment loan , goverment housing . try to get an apartment with a pot arrest and see how they tell you no . have you ever been to holland . i have and the streets are safer there than in my state . and not everyone smokes there . i only have 2 friends that do . the rest don't .

Of course it should be legal, it's a plant. There's absolutely NO reason why it shoudln't. You can't die from it, and if you're responsible with it, it's perfectly fine. If you think it should be illegal, I hope you don't smoke or drink- alcohol and tobacco kill thousands of people [direct cause] every year, you'd be a hypocrite to think otherwise.

Then again, I don't care what anyone does to their body, it's none of my business so long as it doesn't directly effect me. I think pot is awesome, but I'd never touch any other drug; does that mean I think people should spend their lives in jail for using them? What good would that cause...
