The whole situation sucked but he di not listen or cooperate for shit, so they kept elevating the force to get him to comply and it got him killed and the officers fucked. What I posted is what police use to make sure they come home alive every night.

 

87 he was schizophrenic and they think everyones out to get them . but this guy was doing everything he asked him to do but asked a question . then watch real close what happens again . the pig told him do you see my fists if you don't start listening they're going to f*** you up . they wanted to see his ID . but do you know you don't have to show them your ID if you didn't do anything that's the law ? but he was trying to get it . then they started to beat his ass . well i wouldn't want to lay down either if your going to beat me . 5 pigs had him down and 1 small guy he didn't look to high to me . but i did hear them say he must have been high lol sure i bet if we look he's wasn't because at the trail i did'nt hear that on the video or read it . you have 5 pigs on you and you can't breath your going to try to breath it's called survival you just do it without thinking when your dying . they could hear him starting to not breath they could have handcuffed him then he can't hardly breath . lol my girlfriends daughter is a cop and not a pig like they were and she said that's 2nd degree murder just saying she's just a girl cop . they went to far and they knew it . this is like rodney king all over you can't hide what you did with that camera . i have friends that are cops some swat and they tell me it's getting out of hand with these crazy people they work with . it's a gang mentality now and you get these guys that just don't care what they do .

In that vid the cop would of been justified if he had shot that person because he charged at the officer twice which is grounds for self defense.

On the other hand a women who is handcuffed sitting down on the ground and the Cop kicks her in the head because she moved is not justified.

Or 3 cops holding a suspect down and repeatedly beating him for 5 minutes with a night stick is not justified.

Or a cop throwing a women on the floor and stripping her naked is not justified.

Or a cop arresting 2 young black men because there was a young WHITE girl with them LMAO.

 

Another thing, if the guy isn't armed, just let him go. The guy in OGs video was damn sure not listening, but the cops could have just gotten off and let him run away and called a K9 to look for him later. Cops need to learn to de-escalate rather than keep pushing. It seems like an ego thing a lot of the time. Like "if you don't listen I'll make you listen". How about if the guy isn't doing anything really wrong you say, "oh well I don't need to see his ID that bad anyway" or come up with another solution than trying to force him. How about "show me an ID and I'll buy you a cheeseburger"?

They should train cops to act like they're dealing with a two year old, and use some thought and maybe even some creativity to get the job done. Beating/tasing/shooting isn't the only way to do things.

 

sai i seen a case where 2 black guys was arrested because they were with a white girl . they where from out of state on a school trip . and YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHOW YOUR ID TO A COP IF YOU DID'NT DO ANYTHING IT'S THE LAW . THE GUY WAS LISTENING BUT THE PIG TOLD HIM TO PUT HIS FEET OUT and he did but when he told him to put his hands out he pulled his feet back in . if you schizo your not things normal .YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHOW YOUR ID IF YOU DID'NT DO ANYTHING . just like you don't have to answer the door to them or let them search your car if they ask they wouldn't ask if they could do it without you telling them oh yes you can search my car .

 

U have the right to remain silent also..My last DUI me and the cop was going back and forth arguing.He says u lost all your rights.I said I still got the right to remain silent dont I? he said yep I said well then i didnt loose all my Fin rights.They also act like they got the right to ask u were your going? or where your coming from? First, like OG keeps pointing out, you do NOT have to show a cop your ID.

Second, I'm talking about cases like the one in the video. A cop asking a homeless guy for his ID and when it doesn't happen deciding to get physical is some BS. I totally agree that we need to see cops as fellow humans and let them do their job, but they need to get over the "comply or die" mentality.

At some point in that video at least one of those cops should have asked themselves "what were we even trying to arrest this guy for again?" and backed off. This guy died because he wouldn't produce an ID.

Since you brought up Brazil, you know what the cops do down there? The kill pretty much anyone that they want. Is THAT the kind of place you want your family to live?

All I'm saying is that we ALL need to follow the Golden Rule, cops included.

 

no what we need to do is teach them to be smart and read all they can and know that the 14 th amendment takes away our rights . in the 14th amendment they left out the constitution . that's only for americans and we are US citizens . all you have to do is read the 14th amendment and 87 lol we don';t need to teach our children to do whatever they're told . they need to learn that you need to learn not to start trouble or be mean to other . but don't listen to everything your told . and yes they need to respect the police . but the police need to gain the respect back to . you can bet i don't want a phone telling me something has happen to my girlfriends daughter . and yes she says i'm a rebel but she was to until she needed a job . she was going to school to be a teacher but the government told her they wouldn't pay for that anymore but would pay her way to be a cop . i was so pissed but what can i do ? i still think she should be a teacher because she is so good with kids .

 

Hears the problem with the id. If he has reasonable suspicion to believe you
Have committed a crime he can ask for your id. And you do have to comply. Now if you sre not
The prrson thete looking for he has to move on...BUT if while doing
His job you pop a warrant he is taking you in. If you refuse to id yourself
He can detain you (not arrest you) till he ids you. Yes this is legal.
