I totally agree with your last post. Most folks doin dogs "at home" want to get to the box. That's why they do it, to keep the dogs true. I see what you're saying about Ziggy not showin more than peds. Maybe his dogs did their thing, maybe they didn't. Hell I don't know. I understand where he's coming from on most of his breeding posts. Some may take offense to what he posts because of what THEY have done. Like how Mike looks at Lebron, just an example of guys in the same sport, no skill level is assumed. I get that too. I guess to me it doesn't seem like chestbeatin, more him bein proud of his shit. If he has bred as long as he says he has, he SHOULD help the next gen. AGAIN THO, I can see how others perceive it. Some don't like that he posts his peds a lot. I get that too. For the record again. I don't know him or anything. IMO he has his place on the board. Every cog plays a role in the machine! You are totally right again. If your keep is off, you jumped out your lane! Stay slow until you get the basics mastered, then move up! Also, havin seen the extremes of fatigue and exhaustion, you know VERY well condition counts! My ex Marine buddy told me about his last week in basic. I forgot what it's called but he was up for like, 2 days in the field on an exercise in basic. He was totin like an M60 or something like that. He said he was exhausted! Then something happened and they called him up to shoot and the rush from the machine gun woke him right the fuck up. He also won the Golden Gloves North Alabama. He lost in the state tourney tho. Wasn't conditioned like them boys! These guys were SHARP!! 100s of amateur fights to my partners 10 or 11. There are absolutely levels to everything.

Im nobody in the game I'm an apprentice who just so happen to be schooled by some greats, or happen to sit in the same living room while greats like the the Z dogs

I developed an eye for a hound with talent and encouraged a dogman on the verge of giving up and watch him blossom into a serious competitor in the pan handle. Im nobody but I listen.
On the subject of a game test to go into further detail, no I don't trust in it. In the pit your up against the hound and his handler. As Elias pointed out some of the biggest
hustlers and shysters in an earlier post who I happen to spend some time around as they handled. In the earlier years I believed it was all hound, after I got around that bunch I realized it was both handler and hound who worked for the win. And a win in the box can be painted many ways. So again you can 3 dog that mofo all you want and see him come across, but I want to see it in the []. My mentors didn't give 2 shits about a dog only bulldogs that paid there due the honest and only way and thats the []. Im not trying to come across as some hard ass but my view is my view and thats to beat you and go home with your money with a win into the early morning light and the high and addiction of the victory with newly discovered bulldog who is resting in his crate as we call all the peeps who waited all night to hear good news. I been on the other side also, it sucks but nothing like earning the respect of a seasoned dogman who gave you a chance to compete against him and you gave him hell but failed to out handle him lol. I am a nobody just taking a back seat till retirement and many greats to call if I ever need advice or the skinny on a possible opponent for a friend lol.

I can see where you come from Buick. I believe most will quit tho. Only the deadgame ones never quit. What do you think about dogs that win and quit later or quit then win a lot? It happens, and props got to go out for a gamble like that. I have seen dogs do better and perform better in different hands. I mean you could see it about to quit and pulled it off and come back under new management and blow the socks off a serious bulldog from a seasoned camp. I honestly believe in a seasoned dogman who knows how to bring out the best in a hound. I can't argue with the past, all that history is set in stone. All we could do is learn from it and that in all honestly its really how game that dogman or team of dogman are. There are a ton of fly by nights that have great luck and go on a streak but when the chips are down they give up and walk away as fast as they came in. The 90s were and awesome time in the Carolina woods, almost every weekend there was action within an hours ride. Great place to learn from greats. Some made a living of the hustle and acquire season bulldogs, while others manage a family of bulldogs. One thing for sure only that crew knew about there cur's.

We all have our pot stirrers. I love to stir it up with Eli and what if his offspring were in different hands would that line be around today. That shit would make mofo's shut up and think real hard lol. Eli and his offspring were in quite possibly the best hands in the game bar non at that time.
I can't honestly answer the Rascal and Snooty debates but game dogman proved many wrong and thats a fact. Thats why its a game.
