I'm Representing the Struggle the struggle Trezz. Thats all i know. .. Im turning 50 years old September. You can not go to Walmart and buy what I have worked so hard for. I don't get offended by anyone's comments, because I know Im in shape. I went from 250 lbs plus 3 years ago to 185 Top Shape and I am proud of what I have accomplished. If you were In Top shape you would respect my hard work instead of calling me gay. You are a week person. C- Note Understands as well as many others what it takes to get your
Ass up and get that grind time in ! Your a moderator of this site. You should act more professional instead of a bitch whining, because A grown man is in shape.

 

I tell y'all it gets harder to stay in shape as u get older ,I'm sure Dex knows being almost 50 and I ain't far either Dex .I rarely sit down ,always working and working in heat ,no A.C. where I am going with this is ,it's not enough when u get older.You have to do something to get your heart rate up,jogging,biking,hiking etc etc.

 

I think I need test replacement therapy and I'm only 43 Bama lol...I could eat pizza every other day and never gain a ppund, not anymore lol

 

Bud when I was younger I was same way It just ain't so no more for me and I really eat less now than when I was younger.I'm 46 and I need to start doing some cardio.Ill tell yall somethin , the human body is amazing and can adjust to any routine .This is why work isn't enough , body adjust to same routine , it just does.Now work would be enough to stay in somewhat good shape if u dd different stuff every day.Anything routine and no matter how hard it is , your body will eventually adjust .Weight lifting and cardio is same way.If you run the same distance and same route every day , your body will adjust and you won't burn calories as effective as u did when u first started.Ok now imagine a dog that is by far the superior athelete

 

True Bama, but its harder to shape an old dog then a young one....thats why weight cutting is more difficult with a dog when their older, changes in metabolism, athritis, injuries, target heart rate changes (do to age)are all issues you deal with when they age

 

As in weightlifting and running if you dont change up your routine your body adapts.After about 6-8 weeks I usually change up my routine.

 

You fellas want to be in shape, take up boxing, just training . You will find yourselves in the best condition of your life. Works every muscle / muscle group from feet to ears..lol.. Cardio out of the world

Niko you like pizza ? Man next time your in Walmart go to the frozen pizza section and get a Screamin Saciallian Supreme pizza.That is the best frozen pizza I ever ate, I aftually prefer it over most fresh cooked pizza.I am a supreme type of mman anyway.

 

We ate good and are gettin ready to swik now..American Bulldog across the pool and a yorie , they hest buds lol..Family house.

Its funny , its my parents place but that American Bulldog ain't the sharpest tool in the shed, he will literally drown himself if you don't watch him.He loves to swim that much, I have had to jump in and save him more than once.lol..I mean u really have to watch him.He is in great shape.
