Looking for for 100%Colby dog owners in Texas. I'm located in Houston, I have two pups m/f I just purchased from Pete Colby.

Yes sir. I would like to our them back out there, I wanna show them first. Are you located in Texas? I would post a pic of my pups but I don't know how, I'm still trying to get the hang of this.

This is the reason the Colby line turned to show dog's. Newbie gets them and breeds Colby dogs

 

Ragedog10 what would you like them to be fighting dogs? Trust me before I put them out or breed them they will have to prove themselves. I'm sure they will be excellent they were hand picked by Pete Colby himself. And like my thread days I'm looking for Colby owners in Texas so if does not fit you, you should have not even replied. I'm more then positive they will be show quality, they're already showing a lot of positive results. I will keep you posted. Are you a Colby owner from Texas?

Pete is a stand up guy. There is John Colby in TX.

TBH I would get another dog from Pete! or cross into some ViseGrip blood

 

Bknls, Pete is a very good guy and straight forward. I'm happy I got the chance to meet him, shake his hand and take a picture with him. And yes I've heard of jack being down here in Texas, but I could never get a hold of him. And yes I've heard it's better to stick with Pete. I made a road trip from Houston to new Hampshire to buy my pups and meet with Pete. Pete is a nice guy met him one time. I said nothing about fighting dogs, I will repeat newbie buys Colby bred dogs thinks they are the greatest thing ever. Newbie searches for other Colby owners to breed Colby dogs and become Colby breeders. The funny part of the story when I met Pete was we stood outside the show ring and both shook our heads at the Colby dogs in the ring. They were hand-picked oh boy yup breed em bro

Maybe I'm getting old and grumpy but I'm tired of new guy's buying dog's and the first thing they wanna do is breed

 

For anyone who didn't understand or maybe I should have broke it down a lil better. All I wanted to do is meet and talk to some Colby owners and get some info from them. If my dogs prove themselves in all the categories they're suppose to. Then "MAYBE I WILL THINK" of looking to breed.

John R Colby , friends call him Jack is right outside of Dallas Texas. Over the years He has kept some tried and true. Pete can give you his Uncle's phone number . If not p.m. me I will call him and see if he can help you. Rage Dog 10 did make a good point about certain folks have turned them Colby hounds onto a genetic mess if you will. As well as Cajun also said a lot of truths too.

 

Lol thanks some funny shit. I laugh so hard when I hear the term hand picked. All pups are picked by hand, unless the mom eats em.
