im thinking of geting this book with the dvd but i am wanting to know if the books and dvd are any good thanks

 

It is written with detail pictures and diagrams. it's packed with info I use as a guide or reference every now and again. I think it's worth the money spent.

 

Have not seen the complete gamedog but I have the pbb and imo its a good book

 

The newest version does have an index. Very good book IMO. Lots of good info. I got the dvd's but have never watched them.

 

did the book change old version to new version or is it still the same just with index

 

where can you can the new one?

 

I didn't have the old version only the indispensable tips book. He said there is updated info on meds and dosage and so on.

 

im pretty sure it did change i have the book and dvd full of info that is good for just about anyone to know. really enjoyed the med part and sugggestion on saving money

I would say that if you have one or two dogs it might be a waste of time to purchase that book, but if you want to purchase it buy it. It is a great book that is packed with great information, most importantly propper kennelling of the APBT. It covers medicine, how to make a propper dog house, pen for your bitch and pups and just about anything you can think about it is there. If your looking for knowledge its all there. I also purchased the 20yrs of breeding and i could have done with out that one. the quality of the DVD and the way he drags on detailing his work is over exaggerated i feel. I think the DVD is 4hrs long and if he didnt drag on so much it could of been an enjoyable hour and a half or a 2hr DVD, but still packed with information much of which was in the book already. All in All get the book and if you want the Dvd is definantly optional. With that being said a way better book than the Complete Game Dog book which was still a very good book.

Don't know about the DVD, but the book is well worth every dang penny!

Book is a good read, latest ones have an index and some updated parts and new photos, if you have been in the dogs 30 minutes or 30 years Im sure there will be something of interest in it for you.

I got DVDs, I dont breed dogs so only watched them once, the quality of picture was poor and the editing was rubbish, however I didnt get them expecting a hollywood type production, I got them for the info on them. Jack now has better equipment and editing software and is in the process of doing them again so if the quality is an issue then wait for the new ones.
