From you, or canine athletes, Stillwater, I see trash. It's about YOU guys, not about the dogs. I don't want my dogs with long term medical issues.

Everyone has their own "choice" as to which collars to use. And I can guarantee you that the members on this forum know what to use for their dogs. Stop bashing other people's businesses. It's a personal choice as to who gets their collars from who.

He used to be "ok".. Being around him more than once that's the best I'll give him. Plenty of folks make the identical collar(predating stillwater) if I can get a deal on them from whoever that's where I get them. Bulldog supply, dee b doggin, eppinette.... doesn't matter a collar is a collar wh3n they're all using the same materials and designs.

I used to think the same thing before I started making my own. There are a lot of different materials, thicknesses of materials, and sewing patterns used. I am not trying to sell you on anything so I won't go into details about what I said, just stating the truth.

  7. SSDD nailed it. I apologize to the forum if It was a mess here but if you don't believe it then look into the data yourself. Your dog can be seemingly normal yet have substantial damage from a common collar / harness

  8. You should Give the house dog or working dog or fighting dog or any dog the best design collar for their health.

I like to just use my belt as a choker around the neck, so when they pull too hard, or won't stfu, I can just pull hard and choke the life out of 'em. Seems to save on the feed bill and clean up. =))

Cool... I have multiple collars from multiple sources they're all basically the same. If it holds the dog on the chain and can hold the next 3 after on the chain they're good enough for me.. the Suzy craft maker side of it doesn't interest me lol

I will say I like my breeding stand for you.

I appreciate that, glad it's serving it's purpose for you.
The "suzy craft maker side" is what makes the collars what they are, or aren't. Something that is sewn twice would be stronger than something sewn once, right? Something sewn 4 times is stronger than something sewn twice, correct? Is the thickness or strength of the material a factor? Again, I won't go into much detail but the truth is there are differences and the making of the collars is a very much important part of it, as well as the type and strength of the materials.

Not to mention the false advertising everybody else does.. but I refuse to do. Post up pics of the normal "5 ply" collars.
They are 4 ply with a 1" fashion strip on the front, that gets torn off before any other part of the collar. Mine are a legit full 5 ply. How come no other collar maker has called that out lol. They just fall in line and sell the same thing. Not me.

  14. Do you want to fucking eat McDonald's and Taco Bell or do you want a home cooked meal like AGK and Ben Brockton eats the choice is yours

Universities are now warning dog owners about danger of collars and harnesses

I want it to be clear I am not in competition with any other collar maker, if you are happy with your supplier than stick with them. Even Chico :)):)). I don't cheapen my prices to compete with anybody because I have used the majority of them out there and I feel mine are worth what I charge. I didn't get into making my own gear for profit, I make them for myself and the high standards I have for my dogs. If somebody else wants to use what I'm proud to make and use then I will sell some too.
