Pretty sure it was meant as a joke. The guy on the pic was another fancier of sort. History and the txt on the ped makes me believe so. Though I could be wrong.

 

Any one that knows great game bred Bulldogs would Trezz. I hate that i didnt get a chane to buy a pair when TDK had a few for sale.....My friend Lady Rampage (rip) told me as i quote, TDK helped her more than anyone over all her years with bulldogs ! His stock is like Gold !

 

He is a no nonsense type of breeder who's dogs are bred to a higher standard. Look back behind his dogs and you will see meticulous planning in who was bred to whom. Some of the really good dogs he owned over the years were not continued in his line of dogs not because they were not good dogs coming from great lines of dogs, but because they did not give him what he was looking for in his family of dogs. He is probably one of very few breeders alive today that I would be proud to own a dog from.

TDK is the Epitome of an Od School Dogman. He has tought MANY individuals over the yrs and MANY have gone on to do things with these dogs. I remember all sorts of people vying for T's attention and approval. So much that he developed a hater squard of sorts over the yrs. They had nothing against him personally, but would bicker about how much others looked up to him....lol. T is also one of the most slick and witty fellas Ive had the pleasure of corresponding with and has changed with the times better than any fellas his age IMO.

He is the one who tought me how to read a ped, and break it down. He was there for me in a traumatic situation and even though we lost our dog the insight was priceless. He has a way of talking you through the situation and releiving the jitters with his calm voice. TDK is and was a valuable asset to me in my yrs with these dogs and even though we haven't been as cordial as we used to be yrs back, he is still and always will be revered here. Much Respect BRONCO *****, Your Amigo Muddy.

But you all in the last few posts hit the nail on the head. They dont make many like him anymore, and there are even fewer yet still around.

 

I think lump face is known by another name as well. Mr. T told me once but I can't recall.

 

Out of interest, using GrCh Lumpface's pedigree as an example, would you care to elaborate more please Mudville_Monsta.

I was baffeled by the peds when I first seen them as they seemed to lack numbers in areas, but when examined in further depth and
I noticed siblings to TDKs choice of breeding mates were always good to greats, but in some instances didnt produce to TDKs standard...
A non selfish approach to a vision and dedication to perservation of that vision...
A dieng breeder is the family breeder that breeds for themselves, to thier standards and thier friends...
Two different variations of the family and two generations of the same standard are Lousianna Smith and his son Danny...
The other is Junior Jr. and his son Coco Puff...
If its water under the bridge, the bridge has past the test of time...

 

I think it's safe to say his family of dogs has indeed stood the test thus far, I just hope with his guidance we can emulate and be half as successful.
His ways are indeed 'old school' to the new crowd, but there is a reason he and those with his dogs, can consistently produce exceptional animals. It's proper maturation, proper education and holding the proper standards.

 

What I basically meant was He opened my eyes more to find what I'm looking for when trying to acquire certain strains and or families of dogs. Not being so locked in on one certain dog. Relatives of said dog may provide what I'm looking for without having use that 1 particular source. Also how families can be closely related yet stand on their own, finding common factors,....yadda yadda yadda.

Those of you whom we've discussed lines & or families of dogs you may remember me Speaking of the 3 B's. It's for some reason a combo of bloods I've always wanted to intertwine. Butcherboy, Bolio, Boomerang......THE 3 B'Z. Now why....? The common factors/Denominators and or relation to correlation....lol JFA! Back to bidnezz.

Now Butcherboy & Boomerang's dams are sisters. Butcherboy & Bolio are 1/2 bro's through Fitzwater's Goldie. Bolio's sire is the brother of Butcherboy & Boomerang's grandamn Womack's Mert. YA DIG!

Now as a kicker SNOOTY is Butcherboy's cousin through Art's Missy, who is off of Carver's Miss Spike, Sister to CH STOCKTON'S Big Liz. Plus he's a Grandson to Butcherboy. Snooty's Dam Art's Missy is sister to Boomerang....etc, etc.

Not showing off...lol I actually wrote this up before and have been contemplating a special concoction for a while now. Will it ever happen I don't know but I gotta keep my mind busy....MWAH HAHAHA!
