I am starting to make dog collars after not being about to find what I wanted.

Here are some pictures of some that I've made. They are in product testing right now, being beat to hell to make sure they are sturdy. As soon as I get the heavy material that I ordered in, I am going to be making another heavier collar & looking for some product testers.

These are 2" collars that are two layer collars using 1200 lb. test strength material for each layer. It's thicker than seat belt material and is mildew, UV and rot resistant. I have a couple collars nailed to the fence in the elements to see how they hold up.

You can have a look at my photobucket account to see more. (The plastic buckles are for petbull folks who asked for them!)

I am not happy with the grommets I used so I ordered some really heavy ones, they just arrived this weekend. I will also have a three & four ply collars without the ribbon up soon, by the end of the week.

I am not sure what I will be selling these for yet, but I would welcome any opinions on them. Please PM them to me.

Thanks, I Talked with CFK the other day but just for a little while. I have collars from Rays Bulldog Supply as well and they are as strong as any. I don't have his address on me but I will post it later. Ray is as good to deal with as CFK.
