Even since the first issue of the SDJ three years ago, there were plenty of people saying how we won’t last even a year, yet, here we are after three years, still going strong, doing better than before and I’m not planning to retire for another 27 years. Of course, we have our share of supporters, haters and trolls like every other magazine. We love them all! As Mr.Kelly told me once “if you have not only supporters but also haters, you’ve succeeded!” Thank you all! If you’d like to send hate mail, fan mail, world domination tips, morally questionable photos, random nonsense or anything else you can think of, you can contact me at: editor@sportingdogjournal.info

SDJ July is here and in this issue you'll find plenty to read and learn:
Here comes the hotstepper: 10 on U Kennels' Gr Ch Stepper / The incredibly strange case of Carver's Hard Rock / The complete story of the legendary Carver's Black Widow, a dog that was registered with two different registries, under four different names / Learn about the secrets of the carpet mill and the art of recovery and obsession / TN Bad Boyz' Lil Floyd, the dog that gave Boudreaux' Maverick ROM a rum for his money / Who else wants to know how Bass' Tramp Red Boy was really bred? / A Balkan legend: Thor, the dog of thunder and plenty of other stuff to read!

Subscribe now or you will hate yourself later! LOL! Back issues are also available so If you forget to take your monthly dose of APBT history, take that dose as soon as possible and then continue to take your course of SDJ as normal. WARNING: The Sporting Dog Journal may cause severe dependence, quitting subscription causes withdrawal symptoms! LOL!

Now head to ..:: SDJ Publishing ::.. and do what you have to do!

I like the new historical format, a lot more to read. I like to read more as I become more vintage. Some people don't like change, but you have to change and adapt if you want to survive. Nice job on the mag Mr. Editor, wishing you continued success with it.
