My good friend and fellow dogman Jimmie Mayfield passed away yesterday. He was an ace and had good dogs. I will be walking dogs today for him.

Ol boy from up here in the port that used to shoot pool and drink beer on the west side of the port city by the same name. I knew him and other dog men that ran with him. Had a good dog named Ram Rod, or so I was told. A stifle dog or something like that. I wonder if that is the same fella?
