Theory goes that raw does. Mine shit pretty soon after they have a raw meal.

raw diet produces very very little waste
for every kilo of raw green tripe my dogs eat, the shit is the size of my index finger

when feeding kibble, the dogs drink loads of water and there is a lot of waste/shit

4-6 hours to process raw meat (longer for bones) ... 8-12+ to process kibble ...

i would guess raw as it is closer to the dogs natural diet and is not subject to the processes that kibble is put through like the high heat and freeze drying
