skate wheel bolts for slatmill

    just wondering what size bolts people use to bolt in the inline skate wheels to frame on slatmill and if they could post a pic of the bolt

    5/16 is what I use. I weld mine in place each one I know its a bitch but it will never move

    sounds good im using slotted angle .. think its a bit of a ball ache trying to find a bulk load of skate wheels that match ayone know of any .. i got some now but they will all bedifferent colours etc and i think its gonna spoil my look

    Just try to buy Blank skate wheels there always on ebay in bulk

    On line from Cali ther is a place them are prtty high in price its all what you want I try and get the good ones nothing is worst than getting one all done for the shitty wheels to lock up. just get new good ones.

    you might want to go with a grade 5 bolt for the extended wheels.
    I have 590 miles on my mill and 6 busted bolts. I used the cheapest bolts that I could find. I have new slats and new belting but haven't had time to work on my mill. Dogs still run on it with no issues. Haven't had any bolts break in the past 2 months.
    I might go with some grade 8 bolts. for the extended ones.

    cheers buddy some good pics aswell ..mine is at a standstill at the moment due to funds and parts .. im trying to get a decent belt conveyer or something but i hear f people usuing lorry straps has any body else heard of this ??

    I don't know. Contact a cover belt company and get some pvc belting. works great.
