  1. I don't think that's J Neal, but the kennel in question definitely has some nice dogs.

i think boogieman does great things for this breed in a show ring and not trying to start anything but i dont agree with this statement being made. the bully breeds are called apbt on paper work and with so many knowing so little about the breed we need to seperate the two styles before they are bred together by the less educated owners of the breeds and what we love in these dogs disappears all together. such as if you only own apbt's and paper work states that bullys are apbt then why dont you feed any blue tards(as you would call them)? as we do own apbt so your right there but i wouldnt act offended by the label game as it seems you are from this statement. also you started your post by with the ages of the dogs. saying that they are puppies and in the 12--18 class which seems to me your implying that they are handled around one another easier because they're not of age to "turn on" and thats something game dogs would do right? also you are a big part of this site seeing as you're a super mod, one of the ones that post often and have been a member for some time. you of all people should know this is game-dog.com but you dont claim owning game style dogs? again not starting problems just wondering so if you decide to post back about this post please leave out addressing me as the dumbf**k or what ever you decide to call me for this post. after all kids do use the site and it doesnt look good for a leader of the site such as yourself to be making verbal statements like that. i have a pm box if you feel the need to cuss me.

well said ya turd! Just joking.. You certainly did raise valid points. Were all different, I think if at the end of the day if we learned something from interacting here then its a WIN. Even if we get called a turd by a turd.

  6. First of all thanks a lot for the compliment. I very much appreciate it. I work my tail off for these dogs and always try to represent them the best I can.

Now as for why I said what I said about my dogs being APBT's. Idiots come to this site with the sole purpose of baiting people into talking about their dogs. Now whether these be idiots who just want to try and stir the kettle for fun, or idiots collecting info to use against you, You will NEVER see me talking about my dogs being bad asses, competing in illegal activities, being in the deep woods, on a "hunt", or being game. After all anybody that has any knowledge knows how gameness is proven, so to say your dogs are game is just showing you're a dumbass who would get on the internet and admit to things you shouldn't be talking about publicly. I don't take the bait from any of these types of conversations. I don't seek internet glory from people I don't even know. I could give 2 shits what 95% or more of the world thinks of my dogs. The 5% I do care about know what my dogs are, the lines they come from, and the peds that back them up. I feel no need to add "game" to the conversation to make my dogs sound better. Game is a badge of honor that should be treated with the respect it deserves, and the internet is no place for it. Hope that explains my stance.

Now, yes 2 were puppies, 2 were females in the 12-18 class. While it's not unheard of for puppies to be hot, it's USUALLY not the case either. I've been around a ton of dogs in my life and very rarely do I see hot, hard hitting puppies, so I think for the most part we can safely say that the puppies weren't a threat to each other, or the adults. The females were very young still also. At their age also I do agree that they could turn on anytime and show DA. These 2 in the pic were still fairly mild acting. They can become aggressive around stimuli, but for the most part they are generally calm. I didn't mean to confuse anybody and have them interpret that 12-18 month old dogs are safe to let play around together. I did follow all my info up with the statement that it did take us a while to get a good pic, meaning that there was some activity we had to curtail to get the pic we wanted.

If you have any further need for explanation, feel free to post. I have no problem addressing my posts. Also, when addressed in a professional manner, I respond in a professional manner as you can see. When I'm dealing with a turd, I treat them like a turd. LOL Just the way I am. Sorry if you're offended by it.

These are all beautiful well cared for hounds, it's great to see a picture of hounds kept this way rather than on dirt with a heavy chain!

Granted the heavy chains and muddy chain spots go with having a yard but seeing Bulldogs in this pristine condition is nice!

  8. I agree Black Cloud. It is nice to see those enjoying the hounds and the hounds enjoying themselves.

Boog, is that a pre healthly you?

  9. Thanks blackcloud and lakewood. I do my best to present my dogs in the best possible shape and only place them with folks who will do the same.

Yeah i was quite a bit bigger then. I still have a ways to go but have made good progress. That was in July and the pic where I had lost the 108 was in Nov. I think I had lost about 30 or so in this pic. :)

offended by the word turd? not at all actually have found it funny from time to time as most do post comments that should never be on the world wide web. its the other four letter words i dont care to have to read or for my younger sister(a lover and young handler of the breed) who often studies this site for info to have to read. as for as the hunt, being in the woods, etc.... talk i agree i wont take part in those convosations eithers. with this "witch hunt" put on by the feds talk like that is sure to get unwanted attention for your yard. with that being said great looking hounds in the pic and ill end it there so not to high jack this tread and we can stick to the o.p.

as for as a good line for conformation shows i would go after a kennel that actually shows and wins with their program not just a bloodline. M. Wilders Ch Rawhide was the only one to make adba ch. in one weekend but didnt produce anything that could match that or even get close in a conformation show. but why not? maybe breed to the wrong females, maybe the owners didnt try, maybe it was him altogether maybe not who really knows. neither his sir or dam won in conformation so how did he do so well? it sounds to me your looking for a pup so it could go either way. sounds to me your looking for more of a pet anyway.
