Fights From Dec. 3

I watched the Agbeko x Mares fight, and even though I was pulling for Agbeko, Mares showed he is a pretty good fighter in his win. I did have it a bit closer than the judges did, but Mares was clearly the winner.
I heard Cotto resembled the Cotto of old in his win over Margarito, cant wait to see it next weekend on HBO. I'm sure that was a sweet victory for Cotto.

Cotto looked the same to me...he can thank Pacman for that win last night!

 

Should he thank Pacman, or the fact Margarito no longer uses "padded" gloves lol. I think Margarito's record since the gloves were found out, is 1-3 now. Dont get me wrong, Margarito has always been a great pressure fighter, but that glove thing will forever tarnish his record.

 

I was at The Garden last night for the fights..all around a good card. And the amount of Puerto Rican women was something else..everywhere you turned it was like DAAAMN..ass all over.

 

LOl, my buddy was there last night and told the exact same thing!

 

I can only imagine.... I used to frequent certain parts of NYC, where Puerto Ricans were very well represented, I still remember those beautiful women!

Cotto didn't look anything special vs margarito and cotto still was taking damage all over his head and face while dominating that fight. The same type of cuts were starting to show that he endured in the first fight. Cotto did a good job targeting an already fkd up eye hitting him what... 81 times in that eye? Good game plan, nothing margarito could do to stop it... It was a handicap match he should've never took.

 

I think cotto may knock mayweather out simply because he's duckn manny
