Anybody out there feeding VICTOR ?? It's new feed to me just started feeding victor a few weeks ago but it seems to be pretty dam good feed I'm feeding the red bag it's 33-18 main ingredients are chicken meal , what's the difference in "meal" & "by-products " Are they the same thing ? Is meal just another word for by-products ?? SO CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME INFO ON THIS FEED ?? Anyone think it's better than diamond ? VICTOR has a black bag that's 48-20 also

 

Byproduct can be anything such as the beaks, fethers, feet, or any body part that they can squeeze in. In my opinion I would stay away from foods that have by products but that is just me.

 

I know what by products are !but what is "meal" is that the same thing? just a different word

all chicken meal means is theres more nutrients condensed per kibble, meal aint neccesarily a bad thing, its the by products u wanna stay away from. better than diamond? i think youll be hard pressed to find a higher quality kibble for the price of diamond.

 

I use red flannel and like the outcome for sure. I get the high protein bag and it works wonders on the coat and good stool when there done with it. I feed prices werent so high ide feed science diet and the time. Alot of bulldogs keep me sticking to the Red Flanel. About $30 a bag and buy 6 get one free at a local feed store.

 

Science diet just as good as pedigree n iams nowadays. Used to be the shit tho bout 10-15 yrs ago. If you shop corperate pet stores for a few bucks more you can get more high end nutrition, that's the crazy thing about dog food market. But if you shop feed store diamond prolly pound for pound the best thing they got goin on natural ingredients is diamond naturals. 30 bucks for a 40 lb bag. They got a line called XTREME ATHLETE, like 33 percent protiene, but you gotta keep your Hounds active or theylle be fatter than pigs lol

 

When I did kibble 1 wellness 2 castor&pullox 3 solidgold 4 orijen 4 being the best. Then I switched to the raw - best thing that I have done - saw an improvement with each step that I took Hope this helps

 

victor is good feed i have been using it for a while and price per pound you caint beat it $23-25 for a 40lb bag. turds are smaller and the smell is minimal and is usually gone in a couple days lol

The red bags grain free it's 33-16 mosture 9% Main igredients beef meal sweet potato chicken meal peas chicken fat pork meal alfa meal dried egg product flax seed potassium choride & dried kelp ?? They say it's similar to taste of the wild u guys ever heard of that ????

 

the red is good if you working they even have like a 30-24 are somthing thats for all life stages i use it in the winter

 

I was gonna use black bag while in keep it's 42-22
