I'm not part of the admin, but I think that if you have created an account in the year 2010 and have not posted an intro, you should do so.

There have been an influx of new people posting stuff and IMO, its getting crazy around hear to say the least. I just feel that if this is a community, then we should at least know when we get new neighbors.

got no problem with that suggestion. got a huge surge of new members joining up and jumping in. intros would definitely help.

I agree, although I have not posted an intro here. Another board I was on required and intro before the account was activated and the intro had to meet certain criteria.

I posted an intro and it was never acknowledge :(.............Don't really see the point. In a real community you find out who ya neighbors are regardless lol.

I also posted an intro as well as a question and one person replied to my question that I asked, and I know him very well ;). So not too sure if people actually read the intros...

I posted an intro and to this date I have 289 views. People read them but don't necessary post a response to them.
I believe introductions are very important. It not like you're asked to post a pix and your social security number, just a basic or brief description of who you are and maybe a little about what you own or if you're new to the breed or not.

We can require that you post an intro, but there's a catch. Any old members that haven't posted an intro, all the way back to when the forum opened will have to post one too. When we can find a way around that, we will make posting an intro a requirement. :)

well hello to everyone...sorry for never introducing myself..this is the first time i joined a forum so i mean no disrespect to all the folks around here. Wasnt aware of the proper way to do things around here. Been reading for a little bit before i posted.

A little bit about myself..I'm a union carpenter with a love for bulldogs. Got my first dog (my own) back in 96. My farther had a couple when we was kids and I've just come to love the spirit and drive. IMO theres not a better animal alive...i currently have two pups from a litter and my pal has the other 3. I also have a 4year old female that has proved to be a honest girl. Would love more (i think all of us would love more:)) but with a small yard all i can have now is what i got. Again..sorry to all
