thats exactly right, i got some that know were they come from n what there bred for and no wont be selling these waited for yrs to get them really rough n straight forward dogs

 

the little d / robin dogs were great,didnt really fancy the jeb dogs,also the blood worke better as an out cross.

he was a dcent 1.

That is what I have heard also . He did the same thing with the hunting hound end of things. I think we are both talikng about Robert , am I correct?

 

iv said this a hundred times and i will say it again. first if the dog did not come from kemmer than it aint a kemmer dog it is a dog, even if kemmers name is there the man breeding those dogs puts his insight and breeding choices in to the dogs that might not have been the same choices norman would have made himself. second unless you have seen close to a hundred dogs off a certain line you can not say they are no good or low percentage because you have not seen enough to make that decision even if you have seen ten you might have seen ten curs that all lines throw while another man in another area might have seen ten bullldogs. there is only one way to no how good a line is and most people are not willing to do this and that is get it from the source and put blood sweat and tears into that line for years and use them for what they were intended after you have spent some years with line and decide iy is crap then your opinion will count but even then you might just be a piss poor breeder and dogman so you views may be skewed. all lines are good and bad a good give men like stp ozzie stevens and men like them any line and they will get ch and gr ch out of them

Tallman worked this line for many years and represented it very well. He is retired now and out of the dogs. He is a good gentleman and very knowledgeable of the blood. I have a male he bred up that I like..

is there any difference between a good kemmer dog and a good dog from any of the other Eli lines?

I've heard it was a good keep so id like to check it out !
but I haven't found it either here or online just references
to it... I believe someone on here said its main contributions
were speed and power ill keep looking but if any one has
it post it or send me a pm of where to find it ! thanks
