I've seen you visit the forum a few times in the recent weeks, so I know you’re able to access a computer. I’ve e-mailed you repeateadly for the past two months with no reply; I would call you personally if I had your number. The last e-mail I got from you, you wanted my bank info to refund my $300 I sent you as a deposit for a puppy out of Danger and Scarlett. I still have that email and all our other correspondences in which you promised my refund. You say Norrod's Hemphill Red Danger “carries his own skin” why don't you? Aren’t you “game” enough to call me? Bottom line, I want my money back.

If I don’t hear from you I will take the appropriate legal actions. You will also be posted on the National Fraud Information Center’s fraud watch website for taking my money with goods never delivered and misrepresented. I will also contact my Attorney General Jerry Brown and file a criminal complaint. My local Authorities will also be informed. Your local Police Dept. will be informed. If you do not contact me in 2 weeks, I will e-file a small claim suit in your county against you.

Legally, I must warn you.

I don't mind visiting Sandy, Utah as I have family in that state.

its alright, i was going to purchase a pup back in '07 but i went through a break-up and custody battle and didnt get the dog. i still regret it today. but you can always get one in the future.

 

Hope so. There has only been 2 litters in almost 3 years?
In the litter of Phyllis/Charlie was only 5 pups.
Look at the birth dates of some of those females, they're pushing 5 years old and never been bred.

Well with that known, age, yard size, etc. all that is talked about is less.
Ironman was in consultation over some property and things, there are only 2 breeding scheduled for the future to keep everything and that will be the straight blood.
Both favors using Ms. C because how good she is and how good her father and mother was.
She is over 5 and before she was a year old was half way to her conformation championship with AADR.

just looking around and saw the comments about the NORROD dogs. Let me tell you something... Ive got three dogs directly from I.M. They are all very good dogs (NONE ARE MAN BITERS!!!).I.M. has always been a great guy and has always stood behind his dogs! Im one of the persons who got a charlie x phyllis pup. Couldnt ask for better dogs. Thanks again I.M.!!!
