This pup was only 3 months old when it had to be culled for man biting.
I believe he is a littler mate to norcalreds and teufelshund dogs.
I think he is a half brother to mfern004.

(say g,grandfather).I breed greyhounds myself so hence the curiosity about the cross.Ross red devil had a big influence on pitbull bloodlines over here in ireland via ed reids bloodlines although that blood is fairly hard to find un crossed these days.

Let me say I do have a Hemphill/Wilder dog from Flametree. Half brother to NorCal's Rooty and apparently also half brother to the HA female that had to be put down (I didn't know about that till now). I think he'll turn out to be a decent dog, but I doubt anyone here will ever envy me for owning him. I'm not kennel blind. Just because I own this blood doesn't mean I think its the best.

Funny thing is, I almost bought a dog from I.K. too. Back in December I called I.M. as he had a male pup from PhyllisxCharlie still available. He told me about his dogs and answered all my questions and was great to talk to. For some stupid reason though I decided to hold off and not buy the dog as I had just bought the Flametree dog. Damn.

With all due respect for Flametree, I'm kicking myself in the ass now for not calling I.M. back to get that pup instead. I'm not trying to put anybody down but from what I've seen I don't think these Wilder dogs are of the same caliber. If you disagree please point out some Wilder bred winners. Morgan doesn't have any that I know of.

Good idea Ben! I'm not one to write off a dog before he's been given a proper look, but if I decide he's not up to my standards at least I know there's other people who'd be willing to feed him... As for trying to get a dog from I.M., rest assured I won't ever pass on that again if the opportunity presents itself!
