Conditioning tips conformation show

    Hi guys !! Im woking my dog on the slat mill about 44 minutes every day 22 minutes in the morning and the other 22 about 7 pm. Im feeding him with royal canin and raw meat. He is more slim but i dont see really a big muscle definition what else do i need 2 to do??? Im having a show on april 25 in mexico city (im planing to take a lot of pics and show u guys how was the show).

    Im not giving any suplemets or vitamins do i need to add some ??

    if you can get the vietnam keep or doogman 2k dvd. it will help you get your dog in top notch shape.

    hand walk, too much treadmill will make yer dog look like a marathon runner

    Catchdog is right, long walks will give him more definition and harder muscle.

  7. try using a drag sled or a cart and attach it with a centerblock behind it so theres more restraint and the cart doesnt hit the back of the heels.

    a good feed, handwalking, swimming (if possible), and maybe some light chain dragging and you should be good to go

    handwalking for sure....springpole to....as long as u let your dogs back legs touch and front legs not touch the ground..it really helps there rear end muscle definition..
