Question About Mims?

I am not a big fan of blue dogs, so im wondering how everyone feels about b.F.k.c (BOna Fide Kennel Club) registering blue dogs?

 

Registeries are around to make money and big blue multiple thousand dollar curs definately make money. I suppose they just want their piece of the pie. :rolleyes: Wouldn't be giving them my business......

I have several blue dogs,but I would not have anything to do with BFKC.They could come up with an offset of ADBA or UKC and I wouldn't mind registering my dogs with them.But not Bone Fide,They are a joke.I know of a few people around here that swear by them,but they don't even know how their dogs are bred.It is thrown around big time as being used by these backyard fighters around here.

Hes a good man, and its a very good registry that many dog folk like. As far as what dogs he registers, any dog that can proof how its bred, is entitled to be registered with that registry, you don't have to like it, but thats how it is. Don't have to be a fan of blue dogs, but it is true, that game dogs CAN (however not often) be blue.

the bfkc is the best thing going now since the registry is closing. they are about perserving the game apbt so they have knowlede of the game apbt and its ancestors. to tell you the truth i lost all respect for the adba once they started registering other breeds i mean weres the love, you ask me they are the money hungry ones!!:mad: but i'll register mine with the bfkc and the aadr thats it, apbt only registries!! and how can you say he is donnie brasco, i mean reallly what can he do tell how many dogs we have registered!!:rolleyes: if you wont your papers back in a timely manner you'll choose the two above the adba has to hand make the paper and ink they use to print on it, you'll forget you even registered your dog!!!:confused:

bfkc is the best registry around. not only are they cheap but they get the papers back in a timely matter, not months and months down the road.

BFKC is APBT only, but AADR is not. In addition to APBTs, the AADR is now registering American Bullies & Patterdales too. Check out the new website.

But as to the OQ, I don't think reg. blues is a stain on CM. He's been around a long time & I'm sure he knows purebred APBTs - even game ones - occasionally come in blue.

 

exactly!! The Registry was the same but i dont thinks its running anymore. BFKC-2weeks tops, ADBA-4-6months!

 

C Mims will be more than happy to cooperate with the Feds just ask Vick...LOL! Check the affidavit and see whose name is on it!
