There were no unsavory charges.One co defendant had a problem with his teen age son downloading porn with free music. That was finally dropped to something like the father didnt control his child or something like that, a misdeamnor.It was NOT us. My kids are all adults in their forties. The ADBA never called us once, in fact they raised money for the AADR, rather than help us. It was just envy and jealousy. Pats so called enemies are very vocal loosers.We were even stalked by one of the co defendants because the co defendant took a plea deal and we didnt and ended up acquitted. We had no choice as they would take our home if we took a deal. The prosecutors here brag of a 96% conviction rate. Do you know why that is? It is because people plea out as they cant afford to fight on. If you know you are innocent, you still must have money to fight on. So far we have lost all the dogs, one house, over 85K in legal fees, fired one crooked lawyer and are appealing the loss, without a trial, of our home. Its a crooked system and even if you have money and the best attnys, if the judge is bought off, you are doomed. We sat there in court every day with a room full of ARs praying we would lose. When we didnt, I never saw so many long faces. Pat didnt lie, cheat or steal, but he didnt allow himself to be used either. All that crybaby stuff from the likes of Jack etc is just that, crybaby.Jack was a Pat wanna be. I wish he had picked someone elses dogs to be envious of, but we got stuck with that lying piece of shit for almost 20 years. I found it interesting and disturbing that Pat got kicked when he was down. That is apprciation for you. All those years and all that work.My house is the one they are trying to take. We are still in court, still spending money on attnys. I have noticed a trend over the years, that made we not want to be around dog people anymore, of lying about everything and trying to freeload at every opportunity. When you dont allow people to cheat you, or they do, but you get something back, they cry that you didnt pay them enough to rip you off. I have never seen so many people with so little or no integrity. Even now, with the STUD, I have people trying to scam for free semen. I also have found more trashing of Pat for no reason in many odd places. He doesnt even know these people and has had no dealings with them. People dont like it when you tell it like it is. We did and outted them on line over their ridiculous lies. Well, we have our STUD now of one of the best Bolio studs in the world. I notice everyone wanting Bolio goes everywhere but to the source of these dogs. How telling. How many pretenders to the throne have cropped up, trying to make hay off the HSUS killing of the most beatiful and loved dogs they ever put their filthy hands on.

I have noticed something else too, a tendency to blame the victims of the HSUS scam. I saw a thread somewhere blaming Ed and we sure got blamed for what happened to us. just sitting there minding our own business and bam, here they come. Been in the same place since 1977 and it took that long to notice us. In reality they noticed us but we were so darned legal, I guess they just decided to make something up as we are boring to surveillance. LOL. I saw that too. I am still getting scams and stuff trying to get something on us, even now. There were a number of nice people who did help us and we sure appreciated that. We sent thank you's to all of them. I wish we had some dogs to make up for those that lost dogs to this that werent ours. I had about 20 dogs placed when this happened. they didnt care, kill em all. We were expected to put up over 60K just to be heard by the same people who took our dogs to see if we could bail them out. there was one big problem, we werent allowed any animals as a pre-trial condition.I wonder where we were supposed to keep the dogs if we couldnt have any? the lawyers did their best, but the AC whined to the judge that they took up space and were unadoptable, the usual lies. Diane Jessup came and recommended they all be killed, same reasons. What a bitch! Since she was their big wined and dined expert, they killed them 60 days after they took them, about 6 months before any trial or hearings. The ADBA has never treated us well. It was always a battle with them over anything. They are Sorrells fans and kept up a thin pretense of being polite to us. I have no use for them, they sold out to the HSUS and the law for money. Screw em. JOanie Winchester Sorrells is a pal of Jessup and keeps her in Sorrells dogs with the same titles in the peds that others are getting busted for having. What hypocrisy!

 

perhaps then you actually read the whole thing and saw where he openly admitted to selling the dogs for a fighting venture? thats called taking your licks like a man- he did the crime, he got caught, he did the time. end of story. the only person to blame for his misfortunes is him, and he realised it.

EF admitted to selling dogs with the knowledge that these dogs were to be matched. He knew it was wrong and did it anyways. As far as his feelings towards it and whether he believes he's a criminal or not rr didn't really comment on it but he did do his time for his crime.

I think Ed was taken advantage of IMO. He was scheduled for surgery the next day and was in a lot of pain. When the comments were made by the informants they already had control of the dog, in their vehicle, and there were two of them, both big guys.It was a set up. What was Ed to do? He was suckered. His book is about the PAST. Sure is a lot of hate here over my comments about Ed, the victim. I did not talk to Ed, but I did follow his case closely and was impressed with the demonstation over the wanton massacre of his dogs and baby pups. Apparently so were lots of other people. HSUS stepped WAY OVER the line on this one. There is no excuse for murdering a bunch of friendly, happy, healthy dogs. That is what they did to ours. Diane Jessup and Bad Rap were shoving each other out of the way to get some first.

You think my HONEST evaluation of events and people I have known for YEARS should be assesed by you and that is the last word? No. You are what I consider a hostile person when it comes to me and Pat Patrick. We were both arrested and charged and its MY homes that are being attempted to be forfeited. We were found innocent without even putting up a defense. There was no case. 1916 claims Ed knew what he was doing. How does he know? He seems to be very hostile to Ed. Ed is not on my fav list, but I know a set up when I see one.Unless someone actually DOES something, it falls under FREE SPEECH. Remember that one? That is how the HSUS gets people using local police as their private army. Dont forget the fake police badges they wear as well. I dont care for Suk as I have known him since he was 18 years old. I have had many experiences with him and would not give him a dog. He is heartless and only interested in money and ego. Some people who actually LIKE dogs have them. All these collaborators are usually getting paid to steal others animals under the guise of "rescue". That word is the new swear word in the animal world. It sounds so wonderful, "rescue" this or that. Try using the right word, STEALING. I dont like you taking the last word and then closing the thread. You can move the rest of the thread if you want, but closing it after you put in your inaccurate and ignorant two cents amounts to censorship. If you want to have a board like this you cannot control the flow of ideas or information to suit yourself. Well, you can, but you might as well go sign on at Feds Online. If you dont like me here than dont post about me or Pat at all. I had this problem on another board. Everybody had lots of fun trashing us, but then when I complained, they said they didnt do that. I know a trashfest when I see one. If you cant say something nice,that is truthful, not an opinion, or running with a rumor or gossip, than shut up. That is simple and easy for anybody to understand. I didnt ask for these events to happen in my life and dont like being victimized again on somebodies message board for their amusement.
As far as Ed goes, I was stating my opinion based on the facts as I was able to discern them, and said so. If you disagree then give me some facts, not some rehashed HSUS propaganda.
