blue pits are curs?

Where the hell did these blue mutts come from someone please explain?

Man, it amazes me that no matter how many times we say it, another one of these threads pops up at least once or twice a week.

 

Well im new around here so i havent seen this one yet but i was told their were always blues they didnt just pop up although i dont know of a gamebred line of blue dogs of today the old colby and lightner lines had some or so im told. I am sure a blue can pop as a mutation but the blues of today are mixes.

How do you suppose the dogs went from 1 pup in a thousand (not an actual statistic) born blue to every darn BYB have blues litters now? I am sure they are pure now...but some thing blue was introduced in the late 80's early 90's to make thicker blue-er dogs.

 

Blue dogs date farther back then the 80's and breeding dogs for looks or color is really very easy hell you aint gotta be a good breeder to make a good lookin dog.

 

If you notice blue dogs were only mentioned as an oddity not like now where every other litter is blue.

 

I think we should just take all the blue dogs out into the woods and shoot em. Then at east we dont have to talk about it anymore. The rios read is a good one!!!

Not all blues today are curs just like not all black dogs have the jaws of life. Sure there is a lot of crap floating around but if you go to the right people you get the right dogs.

Also, not all blues today are mixes. Just because a lot of BYBs are pumping them out, it doesn't affect the number of gamedogs out in the world.<br/>I'm not sure why everyone wants to talk about bullys when the question was about blue gamedogs

hell i have seen blue pups come out of a brindle bred to a white bitch and to there knowledge they dont know of any blues up close in the ped so it had to come from years back people are breeding for color now a days plain and simple thats what u see on the net size and color dont knock all blue dogs just because these dumbass bully breeders and fad breeders it will pass as all fads have

 

I've been to many yards and never seen a blue dog...but on the other hand the only yard I've seen black and tans is joanie winchesters yard...

 

Blue dogs , red nose dogs, are just features of that dog, they dont mean noting, there are good blue pitbulls as there are bad same for red nose pitbull, it makes me laugh , when people think blues, red nose or even brindle is a breed lol, now bullies , most if not all of them are curs and are mixed with bourdeux .

 

my dog is blue fawn (I think... I'm not to big on the color thing personally.. as long as the dog preforms well I couldn't care less) but nothing mixed in there...
I can't recall seeing any blue dog close up in his ped...
