I don't know what you post means..? but what I posted was the match report taken from the magazine printed at the time of the match,,,"Tuffy" quit, he may have been a very good dog but not 100% game... so I would not call a dog who quit the greatest pit dog ever...

Read Bob's last book the Dime Novel again my friend.Bob was angry with everyone except Stinson.I don't know too many dogmen that was beating a path to Bob for dogs back in the 80's.Bob built the best treadmills around but very expensive.Did you know Bob or Tudor personally?I'm guessing you just read about them.So maybe u need to explain it to us non-believers what u mean.

 

When talking hte greatest ever.. .. its gotta be dble grch or one of them 11+w's even better the dogs that lost once then went undeafeated for over 15.. LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE HERE ITS JUST OPINION.. opinons vary; if not that one of the few all time greats but even those all time greats never got anything near 15W so some more merit needs to be given to those dogs and the breeding that produced those dogs. Quiters quit .. they'll do it again. Those dogs that L then threw down a record nothing could contend with.. There you go... your talking about dogs that got 4 and 8 W, .. then stop.. what about the ones that L at 5 then win on to over 15?

I use to get all the old mags , have all the SDJ year book... I not seen any dog win that many... any thing false can be put up on forums and later these posts become facts,,, has anyone seen a record of this dog Mcavelli... and Melonhead seems to be winning more matches as time goes by... what is his real record...I dont think its 17... I think his story was in one of the Fat Bill magazines...
