ive had collars from sportingcollars.com and stillwater and while they are both good quality comparing a sportingcollars.com collar to a stillwater seatbelt collar is like comparing a honda civic to a lamborghini there is no comparison

The seatbelt stuff frays we dont like it..The nylon do just fine here.We asked stillwater if we could just get the 3 ply nylon but he said he uses seatbelt materal. They did last about 3-4 years with the sand and shells they start to fray I guess. The nylon ones still look good and a few years older. The man in PA his collars are nice we have 3 of them going on 9 years nice stuff..

Cool, do you know if he carries bulldog appropriate padded nylon with this type of buckle and design?http://scottsdog.stores.yahoo.net/1widdoubnyle1.html

I know a lot of folks make great collars, but that type of square built tongue buckle is the only one I trust. I've had accidents due to dogs learning how to roll those loose buckles found on most collars. THe way I see it, after paying so much for a collar, I shouldn't need to duct tape or zip-tie the end to keep it on. I know people go their entire lives without ever having a problem with the usual design. I just wasn't that lucky.
