The intention is there. He supports the over all unity to help fight BSL and Rights to ownership..so I'm good with it. He thinks highly about education in the breeds and community outreach. What more can you ask of a person. Trying to get to the masses is the next step....Keep scratchin!

Okay..I wasn't disagreeing sir. I wasn't sure if they got to all the questions. But , if you say they did, then they did. I listened to the whole show, there was just alot of other stuff being talked about too...

 

I hear you B! You're right. The show is for the masses...I was just expecting more content and discussion. Wasn't knocking the show. It's my bad. I agree the intentions are all there. I'm good with it. Just sharing my honest opinion.

 

I tried to get the show opn my laptop but it wouldn't come through, kept saying it was corrupted!
from what I gather there may be a truce between bulldoggers and bully people? If so that would be great to keep the peace and try to fight B.S.l. cause all the bully,mastiff and and APBT'S need as much of our help as we can give, otherwise they will be gone before we realize it!
and You guys are right, my husband is new to bulldogs and was actually afraid of any dog larger than a rat terrier(when he was a boy he was attacked by a large dog) before he met my bulldog now he's getting more into researching pedigrees and and bloodlines to learn as much as he can about them and thier history. thank GOD he isn't against thee history of them but instead is embracing it!!
we are both well aware of how dangerous times are for our bulldogs and are watching the local and state proposals as much as possible but we are limited cause we don't know where to find the info all the time.
we are trying to make peaople aware that it won't just be bulldogs that will be affected by bsl but any potentially aggressive breed including heelers and this is a farming and ranching community!

I really liked Nells post in this thread and that about sums it up......'B' said to me recently that just because we may not agree on absolutely everything don't mean we cant be tight.

I cant do this bully thing. for me its mainly because of the condition/conformation of those dogs, the potential earnings from a breeding means the dogs health and well being comes after mans lust for money and misplaced status.

This is just my opinion, I don't have to be right if a bully owner reads my post and is offended that's not my intention or my problem. this is not a case of your with us or against us in my view, its a case of choose your medicine.

Whateva floats yalls boat... I can't dig it.. They wanna join together and fight BSL but the reason that our dogs are frowned upon are because ALL bully owners will sell anyone a dog,lie and say that they have APBT's, and phuck up what others perception on what a real bulldog is...
Now that legislation wants to crack down on them too, they wanna be friends..
Yall do what yall wanna do but you wouldn't have too worry if everybody else don't see you with dogs...
And if they banned the breed, most of the fakers would get rid of their dogs and only true bulldoggers would own them..

 

Not trying to be a Smart Butt but they are trying to ban the breed because people are neglecting there dogs and people getting busted fighting there dogs and People dogs jumping fences and poor tie down are getting out and biting people. They are not busting Bully Breeders. They are busting game dog breeders. Dont think that the HSUS dont know what they are doing, they know the difference between Bullies and game dogs man. They would be doing us a favor by joining the fight for BSL. If you listened to the show last night or last week you would know that there is a movement to pull away from the whole pitbull name anyway. As I think ablout it your beef should be with the registries ADBA, UKC that registers theser dogs as pitbull terriers. INO they are doing a good job pulling away from the pitbull name and converting there dogs over to the ABKC.

 

SH-what I'm saying is that they started out selling their dogs as APBT and most dumb asses think that's what they are.
-phuck the adba and all registries cuz anybody with this dog wouldn't register this dog..
- don't think I'm sayin that all APBT owners are responsible because some of us don't keep our dogs properly restrained..
- yes people are getting busted for fighting but that's not the reason these dogs are getting banned. They are getting banned because these pitbull mutts are getting lose and biting peope and snacking on peoples children.
- think about it most of these mutts are mixed with some type of mastiff breeds. Breeds that were bred for guard work... Breeds that were bred to be aggresive towards humans since forever..
- our breed is being banned because the AmBULLY breeders for the most part are irresponsible and overlooked everything important in the creation of their breed..
- come on now Hemi.. How many people in the hood know what a real APBT looks like.. Hell how many people know what a real APBT look like period.

Well, unfortunately, it's the combination of both because the two are incorrectly lumped together and you have:

"they are bred for fighting, so they are aggressive and that's why they "turn on their owners" and attack kids",

even though these are two totally distinct groups of dogs.:mad:

 

I have to somewhat agree with you robber..
The people who are getting busted are making it hot for others who choose to preserve the breed.
The people who own Bullies are the ones responsible for most of the "pitbull" attacks that are getting this breed banned...
I don't care much about BSL for the simple fact that these dogs shouldn't even be in the eye of the public anyway..

 

How can you say Bully bred dogs are responsible for all the pit bull attacks and bsl with no numbers to back your claim? Its just not accurate show me a graph or something of wear the pit bull attacks have been reported and tell me the population of every gamedog and every cur or bully its not possible.

Ill tell you who is responsible for BSL its the backyard breeders who sell pups to kids and neglegent dog owners. The ones who just have to play god and try to make dollar thats whos responsible for bsl.

Also these Bully folks didnt always own Bullys many of them started out with decent dogs probably didnt appreciate the natural qualities and wanted a bigger stronger dog, like everything else in America bigger is better wheather its sports, automobiles or even the size of your manhood. I didnt make the rules im staying true to my breed. If we all fight BSL together we have a better chance.
