Is it made out of wood?

 

Looks like some kind of hardend plastic.

I just got 2 more today! I really like the option for the orange handle and that shipping is free now..

I gave one to a friend who had given up on break sticks and he swears by this one now! He said the other type he had been using was junk by comparison. An all around well thought out and quality product.

To each thier own, we are doing just fine with them at that current price point and do not see that changing in the foreseeable future.

He has a good deal when you buy 10 or more, which is what I did last time and have had NO trouble selling the extras to friends. Everyone that I know who has used them won't go back to the old ones. The non-slip grip is perfect and they are very strong and won't damage the dog's mouth. I have joint problems in my hands and even I can easily break a dog off the springpole with it. At least in my case, I don't require the strength needed to use the others.

Looks good to me, if the quality is there then it`s not over priced, like with everything else you get what you pay for.
