I met this doggy last weekend!(NJ)

Hey guys, I thought i'd share this with any dog owner in Jersey looking for a new dog to adopt. I met this little lady on Saturday at one of these adoption events at a local Petsmart and she was gorgeous I immediately fell in love with her but my fiance would kill me if I bring another dog to our crowded house lol. She is fully grown and can't be more than 35 pounds but she is completely ripped. Let me tell you she is super friendly and does not seem to have DA from what I saw. One of the people from the shelter said she was boston terrier/amstaff mix but I doubt it, she has that gamedog look(sorry if I sound stupid =( but you know what I mean) to her very streamlined and just naturally ripped, I say naturally ripped because I doubt she is eating good food and I don't think anyone in the shelter has her doing weight pull competitions lol the pictures do not do any justice to this dog you gotta see her in person. Anyhow, If anyone is looking to add a dog to their family you will find her irresistable, I bet with the right food and exercise she will be an awesome work out buddy.

I love her ears

 

She looks so powerful, she is 7 months older than my PLuto but she is more ripped compared to him. I mean her back legs, he rear muscle and her sides were so impressive. She actually reminded me a little of Marty's lil bit, she was a sweet dog too and little which was so awesome about her. If I could take another dog I would have taken her on the spot.

 

I would second what the shelter said. She looks good just a little off. But Boston terrier x amstaff seems to fit nicely. I heard long ago that Boston terriers and ast/apbt had some common anscestors. Boston terriers had a little french bulldog influence in its foundation. Correct me If anyone knows different.

 

If it takes calling her a BT to get her to a good home then so be it. She's a. Doll.

 

Hmm I dunno if I would have gone with boston terrier but definatly AmStaff cross if it works to get her adopted. LOVE the ears too..very cute.

Nice pet but she not game she should be spayed. Sorry David83 i dont see 'game' when i look at her i see a boston/pit mix with an underbite. See the member gallery youll see many true gamedogs.

davidfitness83 What you think she weight , is that another pull class than your dogs bud! lol, I'd get her for pullin' in the mini dog class! lol

 

The Petsmart in Bridgewater, If you live near the area go check her out she is awesome.

 

She is already spayed she is out of a rescue shelter. I did not see she was game at all, I just said that her body reminded me of the ones I see here. She is just not the stereotypical pitbull dog you see now days with the cropped ears and stocky looking like an amstaff or a Bully. She had nice ears, not a huge head and just a naturally ripped little body.

 

Hey Buck I didn't really understand what you mean? I think she is under 40 pounds..

 

you pull with your dogs eh, I figured that dog you seen could pull, but in a smaller weight class then your regular weight pullers you been running, i figured that was where this thread was headed,:o is that how the class weight pulling dogs by there weight , to see who they run against???:confused:
