Hi From Ca

Just thought i should introduce myself im Mike from the bay area California. After finding this site i see i can learn some things from this forum. I own a 1 yr old female scatterbred 40 lbs pretty athletic. This year i been hearing about B.S.L in Ca so im hoping to learn as much as i can about it and possibly do my part in fighting against it. Its just unconstitutional.

Welcome to the board! I'm in CA as well, near Sacramento. Did you make it out to the ADBA fun show on Saturday? I didn't get to go, I had a family reunion to attend...

 

What up Mike. Yeah im in the bay too welcome

 

No i did not attend but my brother did and he says i did not miss anything! He tells me it was not all that competitive and not very organized. I told him to find us a kennel cause were looking for a male with game lines but he says it was mostly R.E. Gotti dogs or just big fat dogs. There were a few true PB's i seen a few good pics.

 

I recently moved to Elk Grove from Vallejo so im not really in the bay anymore, i got a bigger house and bigger land for less money!

 

There were a lot of big blue dogs (even more big red dogs!) at the Nor Cal show, but only the true to ADBA standard APBTs were winning awards. The judges even announced that although they were glad that RE/Gotti people were interested in the club, it is the ADBA circuit and will be judged accordingly.

It was their first fun show, and they'll have one in another couples months. They did their best and I enjoyed it. A really fiesty chocolate female won best in show
