I'm union.

 

non union here. i have never felt the need for someone else to speak for me in the workplace.
there was a time where unions were needed, those days are long gone.
most unions will cut of their nose to spite their face

 

I agree with rallyracer.......non union...

 

I'm grudgingly pro-union. In that there need to be some unions. They keep wages higher for other workers.

The fact is a lot of bussiness owners and management types would love to have slaves instead of employees. The fact that unions exist helps keep some of the worst instincts of the management class from being given full reign, IMO.

 

The saying is true"To Each His Own".And truly I could care less about this,but I gave my word that I would put it up on some sites I visit.So I guess I should not have titled it reaching out,but Trying to help out a friend.lol

 

Im in the musicians union , I used to be in a band where it was encouraged we join for future references. With that , since I do not play anymore , (by choice) im listed as a percussionist and when one is needed, chances are theyll find me, if not , tuff shit nex time.

Now the union thats been spoken about up there, theres no need nowadays for certain companies
