knuckles just turned 9 months, he still is a pup mentaly but on the outside he looks very close to being mature adult, in other words this knuckle head dont know his own strength, but anyway he just start lefting his leg to pee now, it started about a month ago and now he does it almost everytime i walk him, i know thats normal but when my mother comes home he runs to the couch or wall and lefts his leg, i dont know what this means and i'm not sure how to stop this, what is he trying to do really, i dont want it to get out of hand.

also, he not so nice with other dogs now, i again know thats normaL BUT is it someway to help him [be cool] around other dogs?

If you know what time your mom is coming home, try taking him out right before she is coming home so he won't have to go when she walks in the door. If he's just raising his leg but not doing anything forcefully tell him to Stop and physically make him put his leg down if you have to. If you do it enough he'll learn it's not acceptable. As far as making him "be cool" around other dogs I'm not sure how to socialize him at that age, maybe someone else here does, but If you have the time try teaching him to heel on a leash, or maybe consider obedience classes. Hope this helps
