There's a huge difference between our popular American sports and the sport of dog fighting. Its easy to say that Michael Jordan and The Babe dominated their sport during their era because they went against all the competition of that sport but in dog fighting, for example, a great dog from North Carolina could have been seen as mediocre to those that lived in Ohio. Just think it's too hard to narrow it down to just one dog. I think what a dog produces has a lot to do with his credentials as being a great dog. JMO

^Same. It's kind of like boxing. A lot of people say Tyson was the "Jordan of boxing", because of all his wins and KOs, and power, and speed, etc...But then again, a lot of people argue that he only went against sub-par opponets. What happened when he went against great boxers? (Lewis, Holyfield) Who's to say what would've happened if we placed Colby's Pincher (23xW) against Bullyson (2xW, 1xL)? Records don't really mean much. It's all up to the individual's opinion on a certain dog.

since we are on the subject who is everyones favorite or who do you think is the best apbt

 

What I wanna know is if you are askin what was the gamest dog of all time or the greatest fighter because I know of dogs that won matches but won them in ways that really didnt test their game. I am not talkin about what dogs they defeated but how they won. In my opinion I would rather have a dog that came from the bottum during a match and ended up winning with a record of 3-0 over a dog that just whoops other dogs with a record of 10-0 or what ever. I love game dogs and to be in the position to where it looks like there is no chance of this dog coming back and winning and all of a sudden this dog shocks every one is what I am talkin about. So with that question I have to really think about it.

 

Is that a stuffed dog in the photo? I could do that with me when I die and be a walmart greeter. Woudn't that mess some people up. lol
