Workout in the sand.

    Just wanted to share a vid i made couple days ago.

    Maluka had pups couple months ago and was about time to get her back in shape, i live in canary islands and you'll just find dunes and sand LOL. So walking around i found this nice place to throw the ball.

    We do 10 min biking to warm up, 10 minutes walking thru dunes to find the right place and then 20 min throwing the ball... the weather is perfect, i go usually go 2-3 hours before sun falls so its not too hot but she takes sun which is important for her recovery.

    Bad part is shes plenty of sand after every workout, mouth and eyes.. i clean mouth with water but i noticed there is sand inside eyes so i keep cleaning them 2-3 times after workout.

    I'd like to find the right place for swiming but atlantic ocean is pretty aggro, so i need to keep looking for a good relaxed place for it.
