Broiled chops are good .I mean you can't burn em up but if you can learn to use low and high broil on a chop.Dont get much better.

I'm not really a big pork fan other than bacon but I'll eat it once in a while. I get sick of eating the same crap all the time yet am a creature of habit by nature. A good tenderloin roast is good too once in a while. I'll always prefer red meat though.

Center Cut at 1 inch thick and don't over cook or get a meat probe for right temp.

A old girlfriend of mine was Italian and the best cook around. She would take thick pork chops cut a slit in the side and kind of separate them in the center and stuff them full of cream cheese then wrap them with prosciutto and cook. As good as anything. Give it a try.

Yep I can do that and wrap in bacon and toothpick the ends to seal it off.

Let some low and slow smoke hit it for a bit and then sear over a higher heat.

I would cook them over Kingsford charcoal in my round webber bbq. I take you as the type of guy that knows a thing or two about bbq and smoking meat. Good stuff!

Lost me at the stuffing with cheese step. I don't eat cheese at all but I do stuff both porkchops and chicken breast once in a blue moon but I use bread stuffing when I do it and smother with a gravy. Been a while since I made either as my daughter wont eat it and it's more work and mess than I'm willing to make for just myself. I make a bomb ass chicken picatta but again, won't make it unless I'm either cooking for more than just me or I'm trying to impress someone lol.

Otherwise I'm basic AF when I eat. I'm so reluctant to cook most days that if it's just me, a lot of times I'll just say fuck it and make ramen noodle. lmfao then eat it out the same pan I cooked it in as to not dirty another dish I'll have to wash. :))

Grits is just ground up corn .All you do is boil them to thicken and tender them.Add salt, butter and sharp cheddar and I add a little whole milk to mine while they cook for a creamier texture.Grits are a breakfast food like oatmeal or porridge. We eat grits anythime around here and most like them with a fish fry as a side dish. You can crumble bacon into your cheese grits same a porridge .ok as far as oatmeal biscuits ive never had that .I lovr oatmeal cookies though lol.Far as biscuits I'm old fashion .I love buttermilk ,cheese biscuits .2 cups of self rising flour ,1/4 cup of vegetable oil and buttermilk and 1 cup of sharp cheddar .Bake on 400 and brown them till they were u like them.I really don't use measurements only for the cheese .I do it like my grandmother .I have a huge bowl of flour and I just create like a crater in the middle and dump all the ingrediants in and pull my flour in from the sides until I get the consistency I like

fucking hell i wish lol.porrige that good?...yeah mate i wish!

No.porrige is just scottish rolled oats.boil em up with milk.suger.stir it and get it thick and creamy.
    thats all she wrote.
    LOL...
    rustic.
i put bacon drippings in it and thats like fucking luxery lol.
years back making it with milk would of been fucking luxury lol.and they made it with water and salt instead of suger back then.some drovers put cow blood in it to flavour it.aparently that is...

Done us no harm for centurys pal.
and the shelvs are bear of it as we speak.lol.
infact you can actully live of the fucking stuff.
oat meal is just blended rolled oats.
    least i think it is?
cant buy oat meal here.i aint ever seen it.its good to scrub your dog with mate.
i just blend oats up in a blender, tip it on a wet dog with bicarb and it foams up nice and dose there skin good.
its also a good flour to have if you were say stuck out doors on a hunting or camping trip.
though i just use porrige oats in such a situation.and yes with water!no milk in the wild lol.
its fucking horrible with water lol.
