Yeah it did suck.. Cain waited too long shoulda shot at him quick for the take down. I agree the fight was stopped early.

 

Stopped or rigged. Agreed not a clean knock out. He talked TOO WELL afterwards to b a knockout. "Big fights" in ufc goin way down, like boxing.jmo

 

Ben was right on with this one.Cain should have taken JDS down then worked him over and wait for him to get tired before trading shots with him.You could see JDS was stepping into his punches looking to end it early and he seemed to shaken Cain a couple of times before the knockdown.Not a good fight at all.

 

Yeah he wasn't even close to being knocked out. He was wide awake and trying to cover up the whole time on the ground. He may have eventually lost by stopping the fight, but that shit was fucked up stopping it when it was stopped. We all know where Big John McCarthy had his money LOL

so cain loss, damn shows what i know about UFC. IN A 1:04 in the 1st round? no wonder they went to fox...

 

I think the ref did a fine job, Cain gave up and rolled into close to fetal position. The MMa rules are very strict if you are not intelligently defending your self the fight is over. if Cain was pulling guard or holding wrist control or even covering up and striking back I could see how this was an unjust stoppage but Cain was done.
