They are hiring an ACO in my town

Well i have thought about it and i am thinking of trying to get the job we dont have alot of trouble with accidents around here from dog bites and stuff its just mainly picking up strays and stuff of that nature but i was wondering what you folks thought about someone that is into true bulldogs would it be a better thing for them to be in that line of work or do you think it would be a bad decision i know i could talk to alot of people and educate them on the APBT so maybe along the way i would be helping keep away the BSL laws for this county just something i was thinking about and would like to hear from others on the idea

 

Not bad job,if you can handle killing all of the animals that don't get back out,the one here just rides around in a truck all day.

 

I think it would be kinda like a criminal becoming a cop...lol...kinda frowned upon by your peers but kinda clever on your behalf...

 

I think it's a good idea. Educating the people is always great, and ACO is always listened to at any BSL meeting. Your input that it's not APBT's causing the problems would def be a good thing!

There is nothing wrong with it and it is not in comparison to a criminal becoming a cop.
I'd say it is in comparison to someone in a crime riddled neighborhood becoming a cop. big difference.

The only way things are going to change is if apbt advocates put themselves in a position to make it happen.
As long as we got no1 on the inside that feels like we do... parties over.

 

i'd say the only thing better than AC employees that feel as we do would be politicians that feel as we do.

people are gonna become cops and everything else regardless though,
rather them have the same views as me! atleast when it comes to dogs lol
