    4E511A8F-BF04-422A-9595-C47AEBCAABE6.jpeg My last two had heavy work done in the dunes. Twice a week drag work with 20-25% of the body weight mixed with hand walking in the water and sand dunes. Gotta watch the pads and keep clean.
