nigerino blood pup

Ive been saying this for the past 2 weeks,but im seriously about to get a dog from wildside kennels.Ive been a serious fan of nigerino blood.I dont exactly have a good job so saving up for a 600 doller dog is not exactly a breeze.Im 18 and i just graduated,but i know alot about this breed.

My question is,do u guys think 800 bucks including shipping for a wildside pup is worth it,or should i try to find something cheaper.I have heard u get what u pay for,but anybody have any luck with this kennel.

I would check with Cates Kennels , I feel that have a great establishment and theres alot of positive feedback from ones who have fromn them.. Im not in any way knocking Wildside but only stating what I know. Terry it always willing to help and point in the right direction.

WSK is not so bad. I've had luck with em. Depends on the dogs. There are lots of dogs there w/pretty paper work, but there are also some well built dogs. Look better than paper. The Joe Bob/Rocco stuff is really as far as Nigerino goes, and Popeye who has sum Jeep is good also. I had Honey on my yard and she is a complete bulldog. Smart and athletic. If you can get something off of her, I'd do it. The Stompanato blood is great to, but he's not on the WSK yard anymore. I've owned over 20 WS dogs, and I think I've had better results using the tight Nigerino as an outcross. Mainly w/ jeep. Goodluck w/whatever you decided to do.

 

don't assume you have to spend that much money or get a dog from a well-known kennel to get a quality dog. I've had free ones that were much better than the expensive ones. and the bigger more known kennels are limited at what they are able to do as far as testing,culling, and evaluating..


(not that WSK is bad,they aren't...but sometimes the best cooking isn't in a fancy restaurant, it's in the old timer's kitchen just down the road)<!-- / message -->

THANKS I have two of them.. and LOVE them.. My male is four and My female is a year.. The male is an outstanding dog but I don't know what to breed him into...and I haven't really liked anything I have come across in awhile..
