Do any of you ride/build mini bikes... I got a mini chopper and it is phucked up and I want to strip it and rebuild it from the frame up... I'm gonna keep some of the original parts but most of its gonna go.
It doesn't have any manufacturers marking so I can't contact anybody to get a manual or plan from them...
If any of you know what your doing can u post some plans or something that may help me thanks...

Shouldn't be much to it at all. My guess is it has a non powdercoat finish so you could probably strip the paint with paint remover or a light sanding. Mechanically, it's a simple engine probably attached to a CVT style belt. If it's a chain drive it's even easier. 9 out of 10 times a bad running motorcycle or tractor is because the carb is out of whack, gummed up, or the spark plug is bad. Remember, KISS, keep it simple stupid, or as I call it, "The Slingblade Method." Start with the easy crap.

I actually lost a friend because I bought his "broke to sh*t" motorcycle for $200 and sold it 2 weeks later for $2000. He wasn't pissed about the money, he was pissed that he was certified motorcycle mechanic, spent a shit ton trying to fix it and never could get it to run right. I had it running great in 2 hours because his dumbass didn't notice the dual carb setup had a spring kinked up. The worst part is that he had the engine rebuilt trying to fix it, lol. If I had the time I would turn around motorcycles for a profit, it's good and easy money.

Thanks...the folks gave it to me cuz the shit was broke... It parts noticably missing from the engine so I figured I'd strip it down to the frame and rebuild from scratch... Is it cool if I hit you up with any questions...

Sure, check out Harbor Freight for cheap engine solutions and parts as well. I was gearing up to build one and then they started cracking down on them. Now I just cruise around the neighborhood once in a while on my ATV, which oddly enough is legal.

I own a pocket chopper myself and my one has a 49cc 2 stroke force air cooled engine on it. The transmission is centrifugal. It uses a 25:1 mix of gas and 2 stroke oil. Those engines are pretty sturdy, think lawnmover, lol and very cheap. This is pretty much what it looks like and I just did a simple search.

There are tons of plans on how to custom build a mini chopper from ground up on the web that might also be of help.
