aawawww!put him in a box and mail him to me!seriuosley though,I know how you feel ,i had a similar situation,i was living with my mom at the time and we six dogs between us.well my neighbors had a pit pup that was emaciated.I knew i couldnt keep her but i couldnt just stand by a watch her starve to death and taking her to a shelter was out of the question due to their policies on pit bulls.Well i decided i had to take her even though i couldnt keep her,luckily her story had a happy ending.Yuo probably feel like your damned if you do ,damned if you dont.

 

Ask a local rescue group if you can join them at their adoption events while you foster him. If they don't want to use one of their forms (for fear of getting stuck with the pup, should the adopter want to return him), tell them you can make your own adoption contract. I have one if you want a copy. My shelter does this all the time.

Also, if you look into it, you can probably find cheap s/n and vaccinations offered by local non profits. Google it or ask someone involved in rescue.

Where in GA are you? I am in Metro ATL and I kow a few clinics that are lower priced. As well as right now my clinic is sharging around $51 for 1st puppy shots as well as a fecal, deworming, DA2PPV, and 1 dose of revolution. Also I know of 1 clinic around Macon that is oower priced.

Yea i know is very sad.....when they found him yesterday we found out before it hit the news cause my hubbys work enlisted some workers to help find the boy......scary thing......i cried when i found out, i was really hoping they would find him alive.They found him not very far from us.....very scary thing.

Doing great....We found him a home!!!!!!! They are coming to pick him up tomorrow!!
