you don't use 1-2 cups of superfuel, its 1-2 scoops. I have used superfuel and rf-1, I really didn't notice a difference b/w the two. I have had dogs look good on both and win on both.

I used the puppy gold so it would make sense the super fuel is scoops as the puppy gold is also. I will say this though the stuff goes quick at two scoops a day. My bitch is 55 conditioned so i will go thru a ton of the shit. How much do you feed of the RF-1?

As a year round supply, how much do you think 1 of your dogs needs and what's the weight of the dog ?
I want to make an order but i would like to order for the whole year for al my dogs, since i'm overseas.
And this way i can make a assumption to what i might need

    Superfuel 2x 32 lbs $ 289,99
    rf 1 30 lbs $ 259,95
    nupron 20 lbs $ 88,50
    Vertex anybody knows ?

I see that there is a big price difference between those 2 and RF-1 with the other 2 you double in stock for almost the same amount.
What makes the RF-1 better then the other ones ?

You got me confused with someone else. I don't have a site, but my son does have a red nose boston. He runs the yard during the day and sleeps on the couch at night. The little bastard sleeps with every bulldog, even the most insanely hot dog I own. I guess what he lacks in size he makes up for in personality.
To be honest, I feed a semi-raw diet and mainly use the superfuel as my vitamin, basically all the nutrients and minerals that my feed is lacking. I really havent noticed a difference between superfuel and rf-1. Besides the fact that anything Garner endorsesis going to have a cult-like following and among his many man-whores anything he "sales" them is going to be light years ahead on competition. LMAO. Hell, I have seen some damn good hardworking hounds that were worked on corn-based "garbage" feed. I'm talking serious competition that did not believe in the powder and pills. I believe there is a fine line when messing with your hounds chemistry. Most people will overdue everything involved in a keep. There is no supplement for smart-work and righteous rest!

Maybe i am wrong but i remember when you first posted that pic of the black and white dog sitting on the top of the dog house i followed some links to figure out what it was and came to some Noble Boston's kennel web sight. Never mind i spend way to much time on the web dorking out looking at dogs and reading. Dont matter much as i just thought they where pretty!

As far as the sups go i could not agree more for the most part. I was pro cyclist for many years and dedication to working harder than your opponents and resting like its just as big a piece of your training as the work itself is def the place you can make the best gains over your comp! However if you dont eat and sleep right you can really hinder your ability to recover quickly day in and day out while your comp is out taking whatever they have to to get ahead and have that edge. I dont think anything is gonna make a dog what it is not or a human for that matter, however when you ask a dog to work as hard as some do i feel it is your responsibility to make sure they are as healthy as possible at all times. When i was racing i learnt a ton about nutrition and legal sups and how to use them effectively. I figure me and the dogs are working our asses off together and i give myself everything needed to be healthy why not do the same for them?

Nupro is more a vit/min nutritional supplement and is not in the same category as Vertex/RF-1/Superfuel. It is a everyday maintenance supplement and does not contain nutrients to help recuperation after a workout!

I used to feed a basic multi like Nupro when i was feeding raw. I been working my dogs hard as of late, like 4.5-7 miles of walking a day and then one day i flirt and do sprint work for like 20-45 min and the next day i run for 20-30 min along with the fast paced hand walking i metioned above. If they seem tired they get a quick 20-30 min walk at a sniff pace in the am and like 45-60 min of the same in the evening. At the moment it seems i just give em rest on days that it is way to hot for them, it ends up working out to 1-2 days of rest a week. If i get to many of those days in a row i just get up early or do the work late after it cools and plan the rest or give it to em when they seem tired. I feel like i am asking quite a bit of em and they are taking it well. I know both dogs have some holes in there diet so i figure it can only be good for them. Also i have told that K-9 super fuel will get you dog a bit wired/hyper.. is this true?

Not sure about the dog getting more wired/hyper but your dog can gain unnecessary weight from Vertex or/RF-1...so watch out and monitir the weight!

how are you gonna get unnecessary weight gain from rf1? from what i understand you can feed rf1 by itself as a meal replacer and use a bit of kibble as a filler just so the dog has something in its stomach

Dont want my dog gaining weight as i am working hard to shed some xtra pounds she put on while i was bed ridden for 3 months. I am a firm believer in slow and steady with weight loss but i would be devastated if i started giving anything and she put on even a 1lb. it would be a dif story if she was as low as she can go and gained a lb or two of muscle i suppose but that is not the case in this matter.

Exactly 100 GRAMS OF RF-1 contains 517 calories...along with a regular feed can add up...being it is a powder can go unnoticed. Just as bodybuilders use weight-gainers to put on weight. I've used in several times and like it for that fact that it can pack on weight pretty quickly!

are you talking year round usage or in a keep. i would think in a keep there wouldn't be many unused calories

i am full on doing the thing with my girl and the conditioning and i am only feeding 2 cups boiled and shredded chicken and 1.5 - 2 cups of rice a day and she is not loosing weight anything fast about 1 lb a week. i am sure she has put on some muscle weight as you can see it and we all know muscle weighs more than fat. She is only on the chicken and rice as she was and is still kinda having a loose stool problem. Another reason i want to add a sup but i can see it really packing on the calories. Shit when i was a pro athlete i would burn 5000 plus calories 5-6 days a week for months on end dif parts of the year. I would sup eat right and still count calories and weigh in twice a day. i can see putting on weight if you are not paying attention with a sup like rf-1 super or super fuel at $500 kj's a serving.

I am going to order it and try it like i would use my own supplements on heavy training days.
Got 2 young dogs and i am going to train 1 with and 1 without i think that wil be the best way to see the diff in my dogs.

not going to work b-man as someone else told me 2 different dogs 2 diffeerent results.

True true 2 different dogs indeed.
I need to compare them to how they are now and later with supplements.
And then i am going to do 1 with and 1 without and see if there is a diff in recovery and muscle build to how it is going on now.

I was going to try to compare a raw keep to a kibble keep on 2 different dogs.
