Just A Few Pictures

Took these at the Zoo last Friday.

 

The lorikeet picture is stunning! Looks like you guys had a great time!

 

We did. Had to feed the Lorikeets three times. lol

 

That Bird is beautiful!

 

I have a macaw and a conure at home myself - so the birds always catch my eye! Birds are my other passion after my dogs.

 

I have been looking into an African Grey myself. I always had birds until about ten years ago.

Which zoo is that? it looks alot like Zoo Atlanta we got here

 

The Columbia Zoo in SC. The pics of the Gorillas were taken through the glass. So I'm really glad they turned out so good.

 

I like zoos, never get to them tho

 

I miss the zoo. When I lived in Seattle I went to both zoos and the aquarium all the time!

I had a Grey. They are amazing birds and their vocabulary is awesome. If you get one, make sure to keep the bird stimulated or else it will pluck out it's feathers.

Beautiful pictures! I love elephants and could look at them for hours. I always wanted to go to one of those elephant sanctuaries in Thailand as a volunteer but haven't had a chance.
