    Hey guys -

New to this forum, well, officially new. I've been lurking on my 5 posts per day limit until last week.

Anyhow, here are my two hounds. Beware - most of these are cellphone pics, and while not the worst, they are good quality shots.

Jade -5 Years old, unknown lineage, no papers, but sweet as can be. I saw both of her parents and they "looked" the part, but still no definitive knowledge of the blood. She is super laid back until you pull out the flirt pole, then the switch flicks in the other direction and she's a completely different dog.

Jade - 2 years old at the time of this picture

Brutus - Roughly 9 months. Given to me as a foster, but then I ended up keeping him due to certain circumstances involving the previous owners. No papers, although the previous owners " paid 300 dollars because he's papered, but we just don't have them yet".. So, I'll chalk it up to unknown lineage. He is roughly 52 lbs. We are working on getting his weight in check now. 4 months of 5 cups a day (vet recommended) to put his weight back on from the parvo recovery made him a little hefty. So now we are doing light conditioning since he is young, and have cut his food back a considerable amount. He is now currently working in the basic/beginner stages of Schutzhund. Mostly going to be geared towards the Obedience more so than the Bite work, depending on his drive.

    12 weeks old

14 weeks old - Day 6 or so of Parvo. 17 lbs

I think about 18-20 weeks old. Thanksgiving Day.

Taken last night. Roughly 9 months old. Finally is growing into them ears.

Thank you! This is probably my favorite of the many boards that I frequent.

So far I have found endless information, that has cleared up a lot of preconceived notions and generalizations that I've had about the breeds history, not to mention I have really started looking into the keeps/conditioning regiments that a lot of members have spoken of. I look forward to everything else that is to come as well.
