Humaniacs

Its amazing to me how a person or group can take a noble thing such as ANIMAL WELFARE and twist it into a personal vandetta. Ignorance+Misinformation+Self righteousness+Hypocracy is a bad combination. Take for instance a Humaniac who has been told a bunch of lies and half truths who believes everything some misguided soul told him. This person becomes very zealous and determined to rid the world of the "scum" of the earth. He has been indoctrinated to believe Pitbulls are Vicious Animals made that way by Degenerate People who give the dogs blood and gun powder to make it mean. They now believe Pitbull owners train the dog to attack and most if not all Pitbulls are a menace to society. Now comes the confusing part He must kill all pitbulls before the owners kill them fighting the dog wich is inhumane. So here stands the Pitbull hater coming in the name of Animal Welfare to confiscate and kill as many dogs as he can ,Humanely of course. He believes the pitbull is what the media propagates so he is afraid all pitbulls will maul children and old people. So he comes to your Yard because a nieghbor complains the dogs are loud and you have PITBULLS. Finally its time for hime to Kill the Killer before he is abused or Killed? After he has conficated your dogs and labeled you a dogfighter According to his teachings he labels the dog a Threat and Humanely Kills him and all your pups. But wait it gets better then after work he sits down with his family at dinner to tell of his Animal Welfare heroics . As he eats his VEAL and other slaughtered animals for whom he has no concern whatsoever. He never thinks UM I WONDER IF THIS LITTLE LAMB WANTED TO BE BORN TO BE SLAUGHTERED AND EATEN humanely of course.

Anyway i am not a vegetarian nor am i saying that only vegitarians are True animal lovers. I am for responsible ownership and Animal welfare. I have come to believe this breed is not for every one nor should evryone who owns a APBT breed them. Maybe i am off in left field but sometimes i think if Pitbulls were bred and raised to slaughter and EAT that would be HUMANE in the eyes of Humaniacs. Well i guess its no hope for me because i love the GAMEDOG and respect its Heritage. I also love to eat Chichen,cows,fish and other animals and enjoy watching Ultamate Fighting,Boxing,and other Mixed Martial arts. All i am saying is if you have a CAUSE let it be a TRUE CAUSE and be TRUE to your CAUSE in all respects or at least no the motive behind the Cause.

I wish it was just the FRATERNITY and hungry newcommers that participated on messageboards such as this. Then i would be at liberty to discuss a number of things that would not be twisted to incriminate me or other members. But we know the choir are not the only ones in attendance.But thanx for letting me vent.

 

Yeah, those people make no sense to me...But yeah, I definately love meat. I couldn't be a veg. It just wouldn't work...I met a woman who was a Vegan while working on a film. I asked her why she was a vegan. She said, "Because it's really healthy," then she took another toke on her cigerette and downed her sixth beer of the night. I couldn't help but laugh.

 

LOL, I've run into that too. Some couple had all these save the earth stikers and vegan stickers on there car. They pullin next to me at a park, smoking cigarettes. I laughed at them and asked if that was their car, they said yes why?, I said nevermind you wouldn't get it and my friends and I just laughed at them.
Animal Rights Wackos just don't get it, and it is said how they warp everything, even getting the Boy Scouts to drop their fishing badge. I hate those people.

Yeah, it is too bad that there are some things we cannot discuss on this forum. So much for American "free speech". Our rights seem to be eroding slowly (or not so slowly) away.
Vegans don't bother me. What bothers me is the self-righteous who assume a morally superior attitude for whatever reasons(vegan or not)...I have had vegan friends who wore leather shoes and belts, LOL, and fenminist friends who told me my kitchen pans weren't clean enuff. (I always wondered why she didn't tell my husband to clean them...he cooked in them too and also sometimes washed them).
Sometimes it is better to step back and try to see the humor in the attitudes of these people. They are all full of contradictions as are we all.
It would be fun to try to come up with examples of good put-downs for people like this who want to reform the masses.
Anybody got any good ideas or stories? I can't think of a single example right now.

Look at gamedogs.com... to much talk about dog fighting, now there shut down and under investigation... this is what I'm hearing anyway.

yeah thats what i heard as well.if i was you Marty no matter what anyone says i would keep it just the way it is with no talk of fighting unless it is for historical purposes.because when it comes right down to it you have got to protect you and your family.the feds wich are puppets for the very folks we are talking about will arrest you for anything now a days and we all own bulldogs so thats just one more reason as to why they want to see us all rot in jail for a good chunk of our lifes.as pitifull as it may seem folks he is doing this for all of our own good.and i honestly can not see the reason of getting on a public forum and saying hey i just went to a match last night and it was great,wish you all could have been there.if you are that desperate for making a name for yourself put 110% of your energy into producing the best dogs around that will make you a name quicker than anything and for the right reasons as well.

 

Yeah I understand, Marty, why you have the rules you have. There are many "bs"ers on the internet also. Gee, I might have indulged myself a little... All one has to do is read a few posts and one can see that there are many people who are pretending more knowledge than they have. Then after a while one begins to realize who actually knows a lot about dogs.
