  1. Why I wont
altough I have posted in the past ,I always avoided where a man's identity could be revealed , video's do that I don't want to post a video with a man's face
even tough it may have been 30 years ago , a man may have kids and grandkids
it might change a grandkids perception of a man that took care of his grandkids have them on sunday's and might have to answer questions

I am pretty sure in these days u wouldnt want to either
hell mine dont even eat meat , go figure

I think that video still for sale mate.. I was surprised to see it on the link that F.W.K. put up in post #156.. Video is called ' Ed Reid's Pitbull Spectacular' same one shows Skipper, Beauty, Texas Minnie, Rangitang, Lucy and all the rest, think it had couple of litters of brindle pups and I always wondered whether any of them was Max, Dread, Billy, Buddy, Jacko or Bill's sire (buster?) Pretty sure that's the same video.

  9. I didgitalized all my video's back in the day I went to look for it and couldnt even find the damn thing
did find a lot of old video's from the early staffs , moonshine , belcher and some old trials

as I recall it was like a video of his yard and the dogs u mention were in it , I searched for about ten minutes and gave up
thing is I never did name them properly as there were over 300 when I digitalized them so a most are named like vob ts 1 , vob ts 2 etc

my porn video's do have a better description

I knew you had an impressive archive of history mate and the life knowledge with it! Unlike me you was aware of the historic value of printed words and images, whereas I loaned all mine out and never got them back.. The Reid , Bob Stevens, Hog hunting and Fat Bill videos, almost every book and magazine ever written, all gone, and only now when I look back, I realise it's huge value in terms of history!

It's funny you mentioned porn videos mate.. I had a rich uncle who was an accomplished artist, decided he could draw inspiration from watching boxing videos, asked me and I obliged with a video of what I believed was a Sugar Ray Robinson compilation, of course it turned to be a hard core German Porn movie that was only marked as Sugar Ray so my wife wouldn't find it! I was devastated after that, but saw my uncle a few years later and we had a laugh about it, noticed he never handed back my Sugar Ray video though! :-B

This video was made in the early 80's and shows the power and athleticism of the American Pit Bull Terrier. The video was made by Ed Reid who was amongst the first people to introduce not only weight pull but almost all k9 athletics to the UK. In the video we see dogs pulling in excess of 5000 pounds, a feet still grand even by today's standards.

    is this Ed Reid?

I think Bullyson & his Sons Volume 1 cost around $30 mate, as usual I loaned mine out and never got it back.. Realised later the book was rare so I wrote direct to Bobby Hall, asked if he had more copies lying around, give the man his due, he wrote me a nice letter back, told me he had Bullyson Volume 1 for sale $800, I couldn't believe it man! I'd say it was worth $30, maybe stretch that to $50, but not more than that.. I don't care how rare it is!

Joe Graham was the first to introduce weight pulling and dog shows for the breed in the UK. Ed wasn’t interested in such until he saw the success Joe made of his.
First video was made in 88/89. The two girls filmed at 4.15 are daughters of a friend of mine. The lazy lard arsed black & white dog seen pulling 5000lb had never before that day tried weight pulling, is their dog, a grandson of Giroux’s Booger. Think they even made an anti breed tv programme on the back of this show.
