Hauling Pregnant Bitches

Was asked this my opinion the other day about using homeopathic calming aides when transporting pregnant bitches. Which led to along discussion to say the least.

I told him BARRING a bitch has a stress issue with traveling , and ASSUMING she is really pregnant and AFTER week three but not less than two weeks due. I told him many of the calming aides on the market have that disclaimer of " not being proven safe for dogs intended for breeding" so I couldn't vouch for the product.

I have my take on this but what are some your experiences and practices when it comes to hauling pregnant bitches? or do you personally avoid the risks all together?

Thought it was an interesting little bit.
