where did you purchase that one? I just use those kong squeaker balls I buy the pack and use them only for fetch and catch and they are lasting me pretty well.

The Big heavy duty nylabones they last a while and dont have to worry about a dog tearing off a big chunk as it comes off in small shavings....Black kong balls are good excercise for the dogs jaw as they are more flexable then the heavy duty nylanbone but a dog with a strong heavy mouth can tear off chunks from the black kong ball and if they swallow those chunks it could be dangerous, so keep a eye out while they chewing on em.

I got one at dick's sporting goods.I don't let them use it as a chew toy,but for fetch its damn near indestructible.Even if you let them chew on it for a sec here and there,it still takes it well.

i tried a peanut butter filled kong toy once on my 6 month old male and the next morning all that was left was some red crumbs or rubber on the ground and in his shit.

I have not seen anyone mention here that Nylabones come in different strengths. Some are softer and some are really hard. The soft ones are not for bulldogs. As far as the really hard ones go, if you have a bulldog that can chew one of those into pieces in a couple hours, you must have a real monster on your hands.

Mine doesnt show much interest unless its a ball or rawhide. Gotta take the tennis ball away right away or else there wont be anything left besides a piece of the fuzz (he did that with baby teeth!) I couldnt believe he ate the whole thing in the time it took me to cook supper. The rawhides I like making flirt poles with, loves it! He likes ropes sometimes, but I dont like them because he gets the string in his poop.

Although I didnt specifically mention that there are different strengths to a nyla bone, I did say the Big Heavy Duty Nylanbones LOL.....ah yeah I think Jelet said he had a couple of those monsters LMAO.

my boy LOves to destroy stuff. If he can't destroy it with his maulers, he uses his front teeth for finely detailed destroying. Nothing is safe. i've given him toys guaranteed to never get destroyed from DOG PLANET --tore to shreds so quick it wasn't even worth sending them back for replacement (so much for the pitbull on the packaging). I would never give a dog a tennis ball as i am told they act like sandpaper on their teeth. Nylabones hold up pretty good --compared to other things i've tried. as for a tire on rope: the rope was gone instantly and then the tire was ripped apart 5 minutes later...sigh... why i didn't listen to my wife and get a shellty??.....

Doesn't matter what it is, Sug gets through it. Black Kongs are easy for her. About the only thing that she has long term anymore is her Goughnut and rawhides. The day before X-mas every year, Petsmart puts their enormous rawhide bones on sale for $5/each, so I pick up a bunch of them and that's her main chewing item.

For stuffed toys, I found the ones with the firehose nylon holds up the best, but she still gets through those quickly. The good thing is that she'll continue to play with them after it's been destuffed, though.

Kong she's had for a couple of weeks vs. the Goughnut that she's had for a year

Lacrosse balls dont last either .Being a lax guy I have many laying around and they get destoyed just as quick as anything. There is these balls called english rubber,I met a couple and they sent me one and Lou has not been able to destroy it .She has wrecked anything put in front her to this point except the english rubber ball.
