Dog toys for pitbulls

There are two Yorkies in my neighborhood that I wouldn't mind using - one of the little bastards comes up to my sidewalk and barks at me through my own damn living room window...

The good thing about the knuckle type bones is that they tend to kind of grind down gradually and don't come off in chunks. The all white natural bones are pretty good, too(though they can crack them sometimes), and usually you don't have to worry about them getting into it as much with those(still nedd to keep close watch, but I can have two dogs in the same room with those). I can only use the knuckle bones with dogs in completely separate areas, and they do make quite a mess if you have them inside.

Take a pair of old blue jeans, tie legs into one or two strong knots, cut away from rest of pants, throw to dog. Benefits-cheap, you don't feel bad if they get torn up, and won't get bitten into intestine blocking chunks.

 

Cowhides. There is a member here that sells them. Best of luck.

 

My pup DESTROYED the Nylabone in maybe 10mins.,shreds ropes&canvas toys too. I got a red KONG shaped like a bone. Its still completely intact after a week&he chews it till he's tired. Anyone know how the "frisbees" hold up?

petsmart aint got nothin that they havent destroyed yet. i really dont think there is a a product out there that can stand a dog as persistant as a bulldog.

just find something they like, when its done get another.

 

theres a kong ball with no where the dog can easily get hold of,i bought one that was a bit too big for mine so he cant chew it properly and its lasted months.

 

I favor the kong ball for fetch and cow femurs for the house and chain-spots. Can't beat the flirt/spring-pole w/tire tubes rather than springs either. The spring set-ups have more resistance and the rope ends up wasted sooner.

Bowling Ball. Yard Sale. Guaranteed to not pop. Limited play because you could ruin a dogs teeth with it.

my dog allso walk around the whole yard and house whit the bowling ball in his mouth, and because he trows it everywhere around he is not alowd in the house annymore haha grazy just like the boomers/jolly bud much much better!!! in my opinion

Hides, knotted ropes and those balls they sell for horses, only thing i would let the dogs play with,(supervised only)

but sticks are the only thing i would leave them unsupervised with personally, to many horror stories out there about other toys available.... blockage for monthes unnoticed and other B.S.

 

hell if they are really bored they will play with there food bowls!

 

best thing i found are them rubber bowls from the feed store kilo hasnt tore hers up yet shes had it for 8 months everything else dont last long
